Thank you for this. It is one of the most confusing things I get to do. Why do they make it so difficult? I have Bluetooth connectivity to the machine. It tells me that it wants descaling, it tells me (eventuallyj that it is, but won’t let me start it that way. If it wasn’t for the fact it makes good coffee and is convenient to use, I would have binned it a long time ago. Thank you for saving some of my sanity.

Yes it was helpful on what to do in the beginning but you never said what you do after the descaling liquid is done...It looked like you put more water in and let it run a few times but why didn't you just stop the video and say " After the descaling liquid works it way thru then you need to fill uour tank x amount of times to make surebits completely clean. Thanks
I lost this video on my I phone briefly. Have been trying to descale for one solid hour! It will not empty the descaling water mix at all !flashes red! Nothing happens . Why is this so complicated?

Very helpful and the only video which worked for descaling my machine. I would have welcomed a bit more advice when going through the rinse cycle afterwards. I wasn’t sure if I should press any buttons or not!

mine still isn't working :') when I'm supposed to press it once after locking and it should start, its still trying to brew coffee then stops (blinks white until it turns orange and stops to tell me there's no pod)
The best thing to do is throw the Nespresso in the trash and get something else. The machines dont last much more than a year and half, the coffee is not that good, the moronic flashing lights and stupid methods of initiating cleaning, descaling and most of all the excessive price of their pods makes this machine a loser
You should try the frosted sugar cookie creamer by international delights it is delicious and I know your daughter would love it she totally seems like a sweets girl😅!
It’s really good if you like a stronger pod and enjoy the taste of coffee. I really like pairing that one with my creamers because it’s flavor holds up to the sweetness really well.

We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
