That girl sitting in the background (in chair underneath wall TV) looks like the one who was the patient (suffering from abdominal pain, I believer) in one of the other videos on this channel.
I was on Pixar Pier with my family that day. My sister was in line for California Screamin' (now the Incredicoaster). The water started sloshing below us and we could see some of the tall rides swaying. It was definitely exciting.
LOL! It's okay for the wife to full-on cuss, but when her husband says something, she tells them all to "JUST STOP. PLEASE. JUST STOP."??? LOLOLOLOLOLOL
Geez i know the lady DID NOT get irritated with that child. The kid is not an idiot. Shes repeatedly asking why? And what happened and no one answers her. Sad. Kids are people too:)
Good stuff I like it... got some feedback though, take it or leave it. Issues I found with this assessment consists of: -Communication skills; Talk to the patient before engaging them. Let them know what you are about to do before you do it, to maintain dignity. This was not an MVA, where you had a patient lying down on the floor bleeding out from several places; had it have been that scenario then I would expect the attending team to be all over the patient plugging the wounds. However, this is not that situation, this isn't a plumbing situation, this is a medical one. Communicating is very important, especially when you are palpating around the lower abdomen to pelvic areas.. slow it down and talk it through, don't make the patient feel uncomfortable. Breathing 'appears adequate'?? lol no need for thinking it is adequate, ask the patient! The general impression is adequate breathing, and then ask the patient 'is your breathing ok, and normal for you?'... some people (like the man behind the camera) naturally have heavy breathing. - Introduce your team; personally I don't see why we need so many medics on this patient.. quite comfortably could have had a crew of 2 medics dealing with the patient. However, maybe it is just how you guys do stuff, and I am not trying to change that... however, if you are going to use multiple people on a patient, slow it down and introduce your team... 'this is my team, they are going to do some checks on you whilst I am talking ok?'. - Medic positioning; I really don't see why the EMT has to stand over the pt with her looking up to him like that. Personally, I would either kneel down to her level, or pull up a chair and sit with her. This makes the conversation more comfortable and the patient less likely to miss anything out of her medical history... Other than that, it was great. I think the medical assessment itself was outstanding, my issues are with how it is carried out. Hop this helps you guys a bit? :)
I made the Cinderella costume for Alice in this play. I am her grandmother and I'm a medium skilled sewer. I used the brand Simplicity pattern named Alice in Wonderland costume. It also works for the queens costume. It's # 2325. I found it complicated to sew and made a trial dress first. Good luck.
idiot! the're just kids! what do uxpect them to react? mom dad this is so much fun! the earth is shaking us! better than a coaster ride. ur so mean dude get a life!
+Roni Doria when I was a child I was taught to do as I was told without asking questions. Those children should have done the same. It doesn't matter why they're told to do something, when they are told to do something they should just do it. It's not a child's to wonder, there's a simple to do as their parents tell them if/when their parents have their best interests at heart.
