@@charlie523 Yeah, I have the Tank Museum Haynes Manual (yeah I’m kinda autistic for tanks 😁) and it was pretty good and very ahead of it’s time, it just broke down quite often (as all tanks do)

@@kremzeekatk8301 I haven’t played it since the BR changes but I may revisit it actually, a lot of stuff got moved into busier matchmakers against F-14s so 11.0 is quite empty of Phantoms from what I’ve seen at least
@@AxlePlaysGames bad thing is that 9.7 doesn't see downtiers. 10.3 is the best you can count on. But usually it is 10.7. Well, anyway, Jaguar shines at 9.7 with it's flight performance and aim 9g.
Welcome! Another sacrifice for the snail... The sights are sort of mods the same way you can get custom skins. Here's a tutorial I made a few weeks ago on how I get the custom sights: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J5s_dPv6jw0.html If you download the same sights for the JPZ that I have it will be different for you, I have made my own customizations to it in the text file. Once you get a feel for editing the text files it's very easy to customize them to your liking. Hope this helps!
All I will say is that I have played this lineup a lot 😂 Eventually you get a feel for the vehicles and how they’re best used, and after that point it’s a lot of fun. I actually got my first nuke with this lineup a few weeks ago 😂
Yeah, file editing them is quite overwhelming for the first time. Rest assured if you mess it up (which I have done) War Thunder just doesn't read it and loads the default sight. Massive games like War Thunder usually have backup procedures in case something doesn't make sense to the program
It’s off Gaijin live where the other sights and skins are, however I changed some colours and things so I’ll put a video up Friday (I hope :) ) and walk through the process.
I don't know what they once were, but they seem pretty usable to me, although inside 2km they're pretty tricky, the one time I did get one inside 2km was a lucky shot where I managed to guess the lead on a low-flying MiG-21perfectly. Still don't know how I did it 🤣
@@AxlePlaysGames Before the multiple nerfs I believe the starstreaks had around 90mm of penetration meaning you could defend yourself against over confident tanks.
@@crazyadam9281 You know, Gaijin should bring that back if it’s irl accurate Time to first spawn an Apache with starstreaks… (I know that’s why they needed them 😂) I think maybe Gaijin to give the Stormer a different model of missile with the old stats, and give the Apache the current one, just to make the stormer more usable, however I get that it parallels with other IR SAM launchers like Japan has
im quite new and my german 3.7 lineup is pz.iv H, pz.iv J, Wirbelwind, Dicker Max and Puma... I am playing this a lot in order to create a full era III lineup, do you think this is good? I don't play planes so yea...
That’s almost exactly what I use now I have the Pz. IV J, though I strongly recommend the Ostwind, but it depends which you find easier to use. Overall a nicely balanced lineup, and the Puma is always good fun EDIT: For a more up to date video on German 3.7 and in particular the Panzer IV I have a newer video on the channel, hope that helps as well!
The funny fact that I have more anti air kills in the dicker max and sturer Emil than any anti aircraft vehicle in my 500 hours of playing is sad lol all in realistic too it’s not that hard tbh lol
@@AxlePlaysGames believe me I’ve tried xD The fire arc goes pretty high but the problem is damage seems to be from long exposure rather than instant contact. So if I start blasting an ASU 57 it takes about a second for me to start dealing damage. And unfortunately planes don’t tend to stick around that long in the fire trajectory 😂
Hi, I’m kind of new to the game… only spent 50 hours so far with 28 in ground. I currently have the Pz IV H, and I find it really hard to actually kill people. Getting crits is less of a problem but delivering the final blow is really hard. Is it because my opponents have better armour or something, do I use the wrong ammo type or is it just a skill issue? Also I try to hide as much as possible, I angle 45° and I still somehow get one shot. What am I doing wrong? Edit: I also heard some tanks have angled armour, does the IV H have that too? And where do I see if tanks have angled armour?

USA premium A-10 (I think it’s the late?) This was only a test flight but it’s WR Thunder so you can buy it yourself on the Gaijin market-I’m too broke and don’t have channel monetisation (yet ;\) so I don’t have it but I’ve seen videos on it and it’s even more sick than displayed here…
