damn ... my guy unlocked super saiyan mode in her second phase ... personally I love Malenia ..by far my favorite boss in the game .. once you know what you are doing she is just so fun to fight cause it really feels like dancing with her with her tempo and rhytm
She was a pretty decent fight. But I'm not a big fan of constant combos like that where you're almost guaranteed to take some sort of hit. Now granted, I've seen someone explain her fight and dodge mechanics now but going in blind is what I prefer to do.
@@aterieselive oh yea absolutely...first like ..20 tries frustrated the hell out of me ..and when I saw her jump into air for waterfowl I wanted to tear my hair out ..but eventually I realized that almost after every attack you can hit her and break her out of her combo and that all you have to do for waterfowl is run away and then roll once into her and certainly I found myself having an absolute blast fighting her cause it felt very very "responsive" fight if that makes sense ..compared to fire giant for example where you slash at him and pray that nothing really hits you
I was on the other end of the spectrum lol. I found the Fire Giant fight a lot more responsive vs. her. But I guess everyone struggles with different fights which is why I love the Souls-like franchise.
"aaah one of these guys" pretty funny how you were here like halfway through the game and saw already all the bosses besides main ones ...cant wait to fight more ulcerated tree spirits dragons and tree sentinels in DLC 💀

Im not sure if you already finished the game and now just uploading it here but a quick tip I have for you is when you are stand still on torrent and you mount and dismount it has i frames but only when you are standing still ... pretty useful stuff for dragons and stuff like that when they fly in the air and come back down with the smash or whatever it is you can just dismount and take no damage from it you could probably i frame even that dragons sword swipe I think
I think I was told about that later. But yeah, I already have it done and these are just VODs being uploaded. Definitely something I'll try to keep in mind for the upcoming DLC though.
@@aterieselive oh yea I just assumed you already finished it ... its a neat little trick .. and it also looks like BM to a boss .. you just stand there and dismount as he is trying his best to kill you ... pretty usefull for stuff like dragons or in base game it was for me pretty much needed for fire giant
I never expected my goblin man to ascend to the position of Turtle King with an unstoppable bonk. I fear after the DLC releases, even I won't be able to stop him anymore.
not wanting to fight a dragon in this game is absolutely valid ... first 3 times it feels epic .. after that you realize that all you doing is trying to chase its paw and bonk it while guessing what the dragon is doing
Yeah, it felt overdone by the end of it. There were one or two that felt pretty unique but most just ended up being meh. I feel DS3 did it better because there were really only 2 dragon fights. Technically 3 if you count Ancient. But Midir was fantastic along with Namelss King and Ancient was a gimmick fight.
Good stuff! Also- if you haven't found it yet there's a jumping puzzle to the left of Guranq's building if you're facing the entrance. You can get the dagger he uses there, which provides a buff to the bestial incantations you're given!
There's also a Great Club in OLD ALTUS TUNNEL which is the colossal variant of the Clubs so Heavy Bonks but it's HOLY so Heavy Holy Bonks Also if you just want full Bonking I recommend Crag Blade ash of war for your large club which increases your weapons raw AR and cause of cragblade it'll deal extra POISE DAMAGE
I did eventually find the Great Club but decided not to go with it since I already invested a ton into the Large Club. And yes, I eventually do use Crag Blade :)

Yo! Yeah, first playthrough. We actually finished the game already! The videos on this channel are just VODs from streams and are about a month out. We did end up clearing a huge chunk of the game, probably missed some stuff here and there but we got most of it!
This game fked me emotionally now I see the world differently choices, options and survive it took me long time to recover emotionally but still it left me with emotional scars
11bit definitely does a good job of presenting moral choices. If you haven't had the chance to check out their Frostpunk game, I'd highly recommend it. It's a difficult city builder and you need to manage constantly dropping temperatures and a ton of people problems. Incredibly well done game.
i was watching the underdark series but I was like "damn I need to watch from the start" lol. tbh the base campaign of NWN1 is pretty slow imo but I love the game
OC was long but decent. I feel like it overstayed its welcome a bit near the end. Overall it was a good time though. I plan to revisit NWN with some friends and play through some of the custom modules as I've heard they're very good.
To get into the cave you use the puzzle ring, it allows you to see a pillar across the lava, you grab it with the demon hand. There are few cool loot you only see using the puzzle ring, most you find in the City of Lost souls but there are others through the journey
There are official DLCs with the game called Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark. SoU was decent but HotU is the best one by far imo. I want to eventually play through some of the player made modules as I've heard some are phenomenal.
The jinn merchant gets new inventory every time you go to new arc, it's worth checking it out. The merchants have a limit of what they will pay for a piece, every act that limit increase. In the Undertide it's 7500, in Underdark it's 10k, third act it's 50k, and there is a really epic things you can do with gold
