I'm not sure, but there have been us exclusives so maybe. I think the watch has been discontinued a while back, and they never made a lot to start with.
It's not as easy as it sounds. Camera is on a mount that limits flexibility. I think I've gotten a lot better with newer videos, this one was a very long time ago.
There's no 38mm Spec 2. The other size is 40mm which is too big for a field watch. Max size of dirty dozen watches was 38mm. Ameriquartz still looks like a quartz. but a Seiko VH31 is quartz but moves smoothly like an automatic. I agree the Bulova reissue looks weird with a blue dial.
Look up an E6B flight computer and that will answer all your questions about the two outer rings (one rotating and one static). They are used for flying calculations and if you get a pilots license you must learn to use an E6B flight computer. A funny name because an E6B flight computer is really just a piece of cardboard with a spinny wheel and nothing more. A fancy slide rule.
The whiz wheel right? Honestly, that ring is the least complex part of these watches. The movement they use and how it works with both the analog and digital displays was just too frustrating at times. I normally don't need a manual for digital watch, everything is intuitive - I'm a software engineer and taming complexity is a daily activity for me. But these things were not intuitive.
I really like the raised indices on the Timex, but the Seiko is probably a nicer watch. Not sure what kind of bracelet it has, but the Timex has hollow end links. I think they probably both do. The Seiko is automatic, and while I love Quartz, I do feel this kind of watch is better suited for a mechanical movement. Ultimately it's a matter of personal preference.
I saw this watch when it was released and bought it in minutes; of every watch I own, this is by far my go-to watch, by far, my favorite. Very classy, very sporty, very versatile. Classic and refined design in its simplicity.

I went and sold all of these already, I'm sorry. I kept the one I like. I think they are still out there for sale if you are patient you can find at a good price.
I bought one for my daugthers birthday ang she loves it simple function just tells the time and date i bought the pink dial its only released in the asian market thats what i was told
It looks good, but can it fit bullbars? I bang my G's around and this one looks like one I'd like to keed in good shape for a good time. Plus it'd give it a rugged look. They gave it a big screen but missed the chance to make a G-Shock with good visibility by giving it digits of the usual G-Shock dimensions.
Got one last week. It as alot of mixed reviews BUT........ honstly it fits my smaller wrist like a glove. I like it so much Im selling off my Brew Metric. It is not too small, perfect size for me.
The movement is only 51 parts in a standard Swatch. It was an horological marvel when it appeared and it saved the entire analogue watch industry from the Quartz Crisis. It was so successful that Swatch was able to purchase Omega et al. Swatch ONCE AGAIN has reinvigorated the analogue watch industry with the Moonswatch and Fifty Fathoms and ONCE AGAIN snobs are dinging the saviour of the industry for not making an inexpensive watch more premium. It tells time accurately. Dunno what else a watch is supposed to do…
The rough case shape is pretty similar. But the crown position, dial, bezel, handset, totally different. Was SandY inspired by Seiko? Maybe, probably, we'll never know.
Did yoi find out what was wrong with the day? I tbink it was because you were trying to set it so close midnight whole the changeover on the day date was already happening.
The moment I became aware of these I set about buying all the colours I could get my hands on - pink, red, light blue, medium blue, green and yellow. So beautiful. A pleasure to look at and to wear.
Nice.. I've been window shopping for an orange citizen for a while, I've been putting it off, but I'm ready to pull the trigger on one. I've had an orange orient ray, and I really like the legibility on it, and I know the orange enhances the legibility. Got my first Casio as 12 years old, a used one which was analog+digital, my next watch was the one with remote control for TVs, then I got the green SKX1000, my favorite watch of all time, it was supposed to be able to handle very low temperature without the screen being slow. The I got a G-shock. And actually now I am looking for a new G-shock, I am surprised that most watches dont even have these basic features that the SKX1000 did. I at some point had one like the SKX1000, think it was kind of a surf watch, wild colors. The SKX1000 is a lot smaller than you would think from the video, it does not fit a grown mans arm.
I have the same casio, I just wish it had loom at the hour markers, the factory strap that came with was not very good and I replaced it after several days. Those are the only two issues I have with the watch

I've been wearing the BNO 150 Promaster for about a year, love it. I really enjoyed this vid quite a bit as I'd never heard of this model....I found myself looking them up. Very nice watches.
But also, if you are travelling from Texas to say for example Cairo, you could just set the GMT to Cairo and the main watch hour hand to Texas so you have always have accurate Cairo time and accurate Texas time right? and just line up Cairo on the GMT when you want to know other timezones? So it tracks 2 timezones always, but the 3rd time zone is manually moving the bezel. right?
Thanks for the video. I considered those 3 for my solar field watch and ended up with Casio. Date and time more visible compared to Citizen. Citizen looked unnecessary complicated in my opinion for a field watch and date is very small. Seiko is good but numbers too big for my taste. Also the watch is a bit bigger. Casio has a green second hand which helps with quick arm location identification. Minute and hour arm are white and can be identified quickly at dark but I wish they were as large as one on Seiko. For Seiko I stick with my SKX009 automatic. I like Citizen eco movement but I do not understand why they make so small date numbers.
