About SFMOMA:
Founded in 1935 under the direction of Grace McCann Morley, SFMOMA was the first museum on the West Coast dedicated to modern and contemporary art.
While SFMOMA has yet to establish an institution-wide land acknowledgment, we encourage audiences to view a film commissioned for our platform Open Space, available in the links below. You can also find updates on the museum's diversity, equity, and inclusion work by visiting our DEI Commitments.
Night at the Museum ft. Paige Bueckers 1812pm 2.10.14 top job, no...? securing building, walking round the imagery of a night, waiting to re-open next morning. enjoying the peace of a museum of an evening. i'd take that job..
I also love photography. The video shows a very, very simple person who pursued his passion as a photographer. I don't find any intellectual flavour in this video, but photographers are attentive contemporary witnesses who capture with photos what has otherwise been forgotten.
