I think FestPac isn't held once a year, but quadrennial means every four years, just like Olympic Games. The last FestPac was held in Guam in 2016 and it would have been held in 2000, to be hosted in Hawaii, if it weren't due to Covid-19. The next FestPac would be in 2028.
I must say the Aotearoa village grounds look so much presentable than most marae in New Zealand. So beautiful that all peoples across Oceania/Pacific can come together.

Bro Pacific Festival happens every 4 years and this year is the first time in Hawaii the first was in Fiji. It's a Pacific nations festival which includes Micronesia, Polynesia & Melanesia which includes our indigenous Australian brothers and sisters. As one we are OCEANIAC people.
