July 19th 2024 1:40pm Sacramento, California. I have to break up with my girlfriend who stands by me and does everything for me because she cares and loves me so so much. My heart and soul is not in it anymore and I am sorry babe. I will lose my best friend and you will lose yours too. I wish we could be friends still and help each other, but alas, that isn't possible. I should've stayed gone last time. But I didn't. I shoved out the negative noise in my mind and took everything in stride, but those thoughts are continuous and will start to manifest in more self-destructive behavior. I am sorry for wasting your life. I have learned a lot and will never forgot you. If you ever need help, call, I will answer. I love you Tori.
