Hello, I'm Abdullah Demirbaş, on our AD Football Training Videos channel, we can share all my experiences from Pass training to Shooting and Finishing training to Technical training to Strength and endurance training to Speed, Agility, and Quickness training to Warm-up training in all age categories (U8 - U19 - A-Team) through our channel. We want to present. If you subscribe to our channel and support us, we will transfer thousands of content to you.
Variation 4 is weird. Having them receive the ball with the inside of the leading foot is not only against what we typically teach our kids (instead we instruct them to receive the ball “across the body”), but in this exercise specifically makes the receiver very awkward and bio mechanically hard to handle.
First thing first we can see how the coach managed the kids in that level its really impressive. And i hope that this ball mastery drills will be helpful to all coaches who are involved in the grassroot level.👌👍
11-12 kids with one ball. not ideal. the more advanced variations are not gonna help kids with this low skill level. These are cool, and have a place in teaching touch, some body posture/movement, and passing, but really I wouldn't use as a foundation of training. Boring for the kids. Versions 4 and 5 good for better older kids as warm-up. Rondo's are much better at teaching same skills + a million more, and the kids will enjoy it more.
