The only automatic machine that allows you to effectively and easily join the filaments of 3D printing, of each material. Introducing the Slunaz FF1r!!!!
Hi guys finally we are on Kickstarter. Here is the link: www.kickstarter.com/projects/ff1r/slunaz-ff1r-better-than-a-new-spool?ref=discovery_category
Hello and thanks for the comment. The machine attaches any type of filament and is especially recommended for those who would like to recycle plastic bottles and create filament spools. There are several videos on RU-vid that demonstrate how it works with PET bottles. If you are interested in more information, visit our products page: www.slunaz.com/shop-ff1r/
Unfortunately this is the best price we can get given that we have very high costs for the production of Slunaz. However, we will keep you updated as soon as we make new promos.
Thank you so much for the comment, our goal is to safeguard the planet by recycling all the various waste and plastic bottles. We are investing a lot in this project and it's you our best supporters.
Hi, our Slunaz is a patented invention because it was the first to be patented and also certified. And it has a completely different function from that of soldering optical cables. For more information visit our website: www.slunaz.com
This with some color management system like the Prusa MMU to cut and feed the colors would be really cool to make your own custum color changing filament
Hi, thanks for the idea but if we can get back into the various costs and then manage to get a higher financial loan we are thinking of developing a slicer that will give us the possibility to create a multicolored reel suitable for the type of printing to be carried out only that a large investment is needed which we hope to achieve as soon as possible. Thanks again!!!!
Hello and thank you very much for the comment. Selling the kit and how to sell the parts to buy. But the main problem is the various hardware prices which have all been adapted and modified specifically for Filament Soldering, so motherboard, stepper motors, extruders, and melt chamber are customized specifically for the Slunaz. And therefore the cost of the various objects, individually, would be too high compared to our selling price. Thanks again for the comment.
Look, it's a very industrial thing because it's as if you put any waste inside a tank in which you fuse the materials together, obviously they have to be of the same type, and therefore you solder the various filament scraps. The Slunaz was designed to weld any type of 3D printing filament.
@@PilotpeggaThanks for the comment, unfortunately with this method the welding gets stuck in the 3D printer and creates big problems but our machine was invented to safeguard the planet and obtained from filament waste a single spool, even multicolored and above all to join the PET1 filaments which are easily available and you can create as many spools as you want
Love the idea, but for that price i can buy a whole other printer, A better idea, sell the parts list and stl for a fraction of that price. you can still sell the kits as well
Hi, thank you very much for the comment but selling a list of parts is useless because they have been customized to be compatible with the Slunaz system. The motherboard is proprietary to Slunaz FF1r therefore it is impossible to give a list of the parts and be able to find them all. However you are right about the price because it is a bit high but I thought that with 12 spools of recycled plastic from bottles you can pay yourself back the entire Slunaz FF1r, obviously it will take a while but then you pay yourself back everything. hey, great idea, is there a way for mne to get instructions and BOM (bill of materials) to make one or is there a way to to get one of this filament joiner?
Hi thanks so much for the comment, so the Slunaz FF1r is a certified and patented invention for sale. For more information visit our website: www.slunaz.com
La differenza sostanziale è il modus operandis quindi il modo in cui far operare il filamento, come descritto nel video, per avere una saldatura perfetta
That's cool The next step is to have it in line with your 3d printer. An AMS replacement of sort. It would be cool for different colors but realistically it would be better to have the same material and color spliced in to start a new spool. No more halting big prints for spool changes 😂
Well done, it's not a bad idea, but this machine was created to splice all types of filament and the next updates are a slicer for multicolored fabrics which we will do as soon as we will have reached the necessary funds being very expensive.
nice that you automated it but theres a huge flaw, you cant get the joined filament out of the machine without running the whole spool through. so basicly this would need to sit in line with your 3d printer and run together with the extruder motor
You can design the gears such that they can be disengaged, or use a tension sensing system for feeding. Far from a deal breaker if you want to use this with large spools and the like
Hello and thank you very much for the comment. We have also included in the software of our Slunaz FF1r the possibility of not passing the entire reel and therefore joining two entire reels without passing the filament completely. Look at our RU-vid channel and there are several videos about it. www.slunaz.com
Personally, If I had a unit like this I wouldn't really be using it for just joining reels rather than creating custom ones, I would label it an "experience product" where the more you use it the more you appreciate it, as your designs become more ambitious so does your desire for different filament properties within a design.
Hi Jacob and thanks for the comment. We will certainly do it as soon as we reach the necessary funds we will certainly invest them in the development of software to create the colored filament and therefore print a multicolored object. As soon as we have the economic possibility we will certainly do it.
Hi guys, if you want I already have a 100% working prototype of the Slunaz FF1r 3mm only that there is little demand. If you are interested, write to me at the email address: slunazffr@gmail.com And thank you all for the comments😁
Hi, our machine is patented and certified and therefore we have put it on the market on our website as a kit or assembled. If you are interested, visit the site: www.slunaz.com
Hello and thanks for the reply. The Slunaz FF1r is a truly patented and certified object intended for sale. In fact, you can visit our website: www.slunaz.com for more information on the matter.
Thanks so much for the comment. Yes, it would actually be perfect for creating multicolored prints. If the project goes well, we will also invest in the creation of a slicer that allows you to color the filament as you want. Unfortunately for now it has a very high cost and we must first sell as much as possible and then create it.
Thanks so much for the comment. We will also put your request on the list. If you want you can visit our website from the link: stefanoslunazlunazzi.wordpress.com/get-slunaz-ff1r/
Hello shin cin and thank you very much for the question. So the Slunaz FF1r has this shape, which is the most compact we could make, to have the necessary space both for the hardware components and for the internal and external cooling flow, in such a way as to have perfect airflow and the necessary space for the hardware.
Hello and thanks for the comment If You are interested You can order the Slunaz FF1r directly from this link: stefanoslunazlunazzi.wordpress.com/get-slunaz-ff1r/
