That first sentence is so laughably, demonstrably false it's honestly hilarious. Of course, there are plenty of exceptions to every rule, but there is a clear and observable pattern on full display in the modern world. Peoples/tribes are not interchangeable. To suggest they are goes against basic logic and the most basic laws of nature.
This video was done really well. I enjoyed the interviews and the opinions of the people who live in the area aren't judgmental as a whole. If the interviews occurred in 2024 with all of the same facts that occurred, I think the interviews would sound more judgmental and divisive, sadly. I really appreciate the Aunt of Shavon and the woman who talked about not judging the mom because it's just a cycle in the system. They all understand how it works and you can only do your best.
Let me just say after working so many years with kids who live in public housing. The neighborhood knows who are doing these shootings. The families know their children are in these "street organizations." It's sad that they chose to live like this. We just don't care about Black life. They think this is normal. No, its not. Look at what Highland Park did after just one shooting incident. They care about life. Another point. If you have teenage boys and live in a neighborhood with gangs and shootings, you are setting up your male children for the slaughter. Stop buying Jordans, fancy cars, weaves and live somewhere that's safe. Yes, there are safe neighborhoods in Chicago. You may not feel comfortable in them, but your children will have a chance at life.

In '85 he was going to play at our local hangout, according to the new owner, (who was supposed to be a professional pool player himself) who dressed like a golf pro, promised Fats would be there. Several of us were waiting with our sticks and a reporter as well. He never showed up and we were told he was having issues with his legs. I work at a high school in Michigan I run across a lot of young man like this run a youth for the boys get caught with guns in gangs but when I ask them was the problem a lot of them say there hungry in need a pair off shoes or don’t got a steady home but when I help them out it makes me go home in cry because that’s all that there were missing is a role model after they change on there own I get about percent that really go on to work in respect people y I love working in high schools
Seeing Jeffrey Lotus Heart after all these years omg…those days on tour sometimes feel like a dream. We saw him at Esalen shortly before he passed. His heart and energy carry on - I have thought of him often
