We all hated 2K17 when I was out b/c of the archetype system, Paul George screen, servers was worse than 16, and that was the first 2k to have a rhythm shooting system. Bring back 16.
Damn the fall off of 2k is crazy...that open run clip with ppl wearing regular clothes was fire.. I played 3 rec games won two, lost the third in a close game to some sweaty ass steal spamming ass squad.. The cats I met wanted to run again cause we had chemistry but I was over it. That steal nonsense kills the fun of game for me..games literally come down what team can get the most cheesy steals wins. We were playing regular basketball passing setting screens, shooting open shots nobody was cheesing steals on my steals we were just hooping straight up and when you run into a team whos sole focus on defense is stealing passes its just corny because the passing is so limited but the steals are superhuman. So the teams just swarm the ball hitting square like savages (no foul call btw) and when you pass it off they just run to whoever they think will get the ball and when the pass comes the can jump 10 feet in the air for a steal.. like come TF on 2k did yall play this game at all? How did yall think this was a balanced..?
Sigh just lost a close game bc I got the rebound and didn’t even land and got stripped they got the ball and hit a three I’m in my career now 😢😢 incant with this game the mechanics are just dog shit
I'd play it if they brought it back but not remastered. Just bring it back. You let them remaster it they will add a funky twist and ruin the opportunity some how.
I 100% want a remaster of either 2K14, 15, 16 or 20. 16 being number 1!! 17 is where things went down hill with the archetypes… but even 17 is better than ANY next gen 2K.. They can keep 18 & 19.. both were horrible.
We would love to have a 2K remastered! If we could get our builds back we grinded so hard for that would be amazing! It’s not like 2K wouldn’t be making any money if they show us a bit of grace then they are going to have more people willing to buy VC! We really miss the old 2k’s in particular 2k17 like your PG cover screen it was so much fun I was watching clips of old 2k’s earlier and I think to myself how I didn’t appreciate those games in comparison to the new ones. Pleaseee bring back the old 2k’s!
Being for real, I think it'd be close to pointless doing. The only thing driving it would just be nostalgia. Them remastering the courts and putting them in this year's 2k is a great idea and stuff like that is cool and I hope they keep doing joints like that, but going back to remaster a sport game from 10 years ago is eh. It's different replaying story mode games etc. that get remastered 10 years on, and the reason why people want CoD games as an example remastered is basically each cod is somewhat different with the maps, weapons, perks, streaks, whatever. I don't think 2k games offer that much of a difference if any at all besides the parks and spamming behind the back Jamal Crawford lmao.
Exactly push is for small guards set point an jump for bigger players or big wings cause wings an bigs have way more higher release heights an slower speeds of jumpshots
