Wonderful interview with Chubby. In the 70s, out on the West Coast we primarily heard "Heaven Must Be Missing an Angel," along with all the other disco music. But not the R&B history from Tavares, and I'm recently learning that in their heyday their R&B was best known in the northeast region of the US. I'm 74 now and just rediscovering them this year - I can't get enough of their R&B and ballads.💖💯
Dominic Chianese is such a genuinely humble, intelligent, well-rounded and professional gentleman. Cent'Anni! Obviously, also a truly dedicated and interesting actor, who beautifully played so many layers and subtext of 'Uncle Jun' throughout the "Sopranos" run. And his memories of the personal side of James Gandolfini were very, very touching. There's still a large Italian population in Toronto, Canada, so it would be wonderful for Dominic to bring his one-man show to Toronto. ❤ Also, thanks to the young man who did this interview with Dominic Chianese. Salute! 🎉
Mr. Dominic (or HIDDEN Corrado :D) philosphy of aging: "I wil paint my eyebrows, so I look like older, just not to offend my friends." :D He looks around 5 years older than Sopranos.
"They were so wonderful to work with, Chris" that line almost made me cry. The fact Nancy Marchand and Jimmy are not with us anymore and he still reminscent about it in such sincere way just touches my heart. God please protect this man as long as you can.
You were a very wonderful as uncle Jun ... We will always luv uncle Jun & you ! I purchased your CD you are amazing singer & actor . God bless you sir .
Tavares for me was the best during my high school days it brings memories and I will forever be grateful to them for all the Songs that they had which doesn't get out of style until today , and it will never stop till our last breath
