Who said this is a H2r. Infact there is no H2r in Africa. That's a super charged H2 tuned one for it to be faster than the rest of H2's. And keep note this is the second H2 in Africa but the fastest

Actually there are a couple. I think 2 or 3 in SA and 4 or more in Egypt. The H2R isnt really road legal though. So no reason for it to be around.
