The driver has nothing to do with it.

@@VacekBorucki I had the exact same problem. Fixed by installing ASUS's "Armoury Crate" software and running driver updates though it. It fixed two "yellow triangles" in Device Management for PCI Memory Controller and SM Bus Controller. This after multiple times failing to install them manually and via Windows Update EDIT: after fixing the broken audio issue and listening for a few weeks, the sound was still lower-quality than it should be, based on A/B comparison with my other Acer computer using the same bluetooth headphones or speaker. To fix that, the devices needed to be setup as head-PHONES, not headsets, ie. no input, just output. Disabling the mic in "Manage Sound Devices" (Windows) did the trick, I hope this helps someone!
