Judson Truckmounts -- Performance You Can Count On!
How about using the injector on the garden hose feed so no build up of chemical was toying with that idea it will only feed as the water box is filled and not when its just bypassing.
I used my dad's machine to go do a carpet job around 2021 and I got a stuck blower. Only time in 25+ years of cleaning for that rig. His machine is a vanguard 18hp with a 3006 blower in vertical position, much like in this video. At the time, I'd never had the issue before and I didn't know it was a stuck blower. I just knew the engine wouldn't turn over by key or pull string. I pulled as hard as I could. The customer even tried pulling it 😅. So I had to bail on the job and bring it home to let my dad troubleshoot. The next day he said he put a pry bar through the blower pulley spokes and pushed it over. Freed it up. After that, he and I decided to investigate the gear oil on the blower. Interestingly, the oil was way too high. My guess is the previous application for the blower was in horizontal position so it had much more oil in it than it needed. We drained it to proper level and it's been fine since. My dad has never and will never use wd40 on shut down. That was never a technique when he got the machine in the 90s. I'm not saying that's a good thing, I'm just pointing out that blowers can take massive abuse as compared to more picky equipment. Great video thanks
Is it possible to in any way control the temperature on these machines? For example, if you're cleaning a delicate fabric like wool or silk or any other reason that you wouldn't want really hot water on. I'm sure the Little Giant has some adjustment, I'm just on sure how it works exactly. I do like the simplicity of the machine and it's possible I may have to buy one more before I retire. The cost of most of the heat exchange machines has frankly already gotten out of hand and I predict it will only get worse year after year.
Well I’m not sure if they changed the design, just got mine and the threaded couple that goes into that black part just came loose the threads don’t even fit they had some sort of glue holding it together.
Where is this museum? Also, I’m in Tampa and want a Judson. I’m originally born and raised in Sarasota. Are there more than just the TNT and C4 at the Sarasota location?
Wow, thanks dude, that takes a little time but you really helped me out with that little direct hit with hammer n wood, just a light hit n bam it's loos.?!:) That's crazy cool, simple n dirt cheap to maintain it,anyone can get a block of wood n hit it with a frkn stone if needed.lol Simple but Successful...
240 degrees is too hot i think a lot of these hoses are rated for 250. Id like to see about 180 at the wand really otherwise youre getting branded by your brass and you cant even hold the wand god forbid one of those hoses burst in your customers face in their home . Forget about it. Ill stick with the #3 heater
