Is gedatsu really a good fit for the deck? I mean, Kalgara is pretty much meant for early agression, gedatsu loses value really fast on that scenario if the opponent's life goes too low.
@@Citonplay In the description you put "🃏 I’ll break down the entire decklist, from key cards to game-winning combos, and explain how to maximize the potential of Black Luffy ST14. Whether you’re aiming for competitive success or just looking to dominate your local scene, this deck has what it takes."
@@Lolamex120bro swung 7k into the 1c queen when he had his own 1c to swing first and played 2 characters on board after the 10c Lin / Kaido was dropped. Playing vs trash players isn’t quite a good showcase of the deck
Do you feel the Moria brings enough to the table even only being able to off play the Queen for full value? I can def see the Bon Clays being a little underwhelming here without as much haymakers running around as there used to be.
There is no point playing the Sec in this deck other than having the Sabo protection. It doesn't synergize with the leader at all. It's better in Kaido, MAYBEEE Pudding
i think the whole idea of this version of the deck is to protect urself with blockers until u get the 3 pieces of the combo ( kaido/linlin secret, sabo and bm) and then win
Man your opponent really played Sanji Newgate into Kaido linlin instead of swinging big numbers at you lol Great game though deck looks interesting for sure. I played a version that was similar to this at one point was a lot of fun Keep up the great content
Dropping a comment as per the description request to confirm that I will be starting OP08 with the Perona deck I finally built. Spent 07 telling myself I didn't want to pay that much for 12 cards but finally caved when I saw GuanRong's tweet. Would you make any tweeks to his list based on the early impressions of OP08?
I'm not an expert on the Perona deck, I played Perona to understand its weaknesses. I think you have to add cards to surprise your opponents but GuanRong's decklist is very effective and work!
It's fiine, don't give up, Kalgara is very strong! Against Enel, I've made a video, I recommend you to watch it, just play Ohm, Holly turn 4 and then attack the life and always play 2 characters each turn. Against Lucci, I admit it's difficult if he hits those Lucci, but if he doesn't, it's a free win!
The worst part about this deck is that you can’t search Nolan so you have to pray to Enel that you draw into it and don’t put it on the bottom of the deck when you search for top 5
thanks for vid ! Can you Pretty please make a Deck Tech ! for Perona ! Love this deck and i woud really love to learn more about it ! Keep the good work !
Thanks for your comment! So I'm just starting myself on the deck, I still make a lot of mistakes, and I'm learning to play it to understand the mechanics and better counter it with my main deck : Luffy Y/B
When you recover hiyori from the trash with moria, recover her rested cause at least the other character won't be a target from the opponent, the effect of hiyori can be actavated even if rested. Same tip when you use "you can be my samurai" and you have hiyori in hand, use it on her avoiding to rest other characters on the field and get the maximum effort from a card the you'll trash soon for ryuma
Is kalgara actually a good deck to use long term? Im coming from yugioh and have played blackwings for years and still love the deck i want to find a one piece deck that i can use for ah long time and always love
The only deck I have seen do consistently well over its entire existence is Katakuri, next in line is zoro. So far in the east, kalgara has no wins for OP09, OP08 just came out.
I really don't recommend Katakuri, it's a deck that will certainly help you win games thanks to the trigger but won't help you progress because you won't see the mistakes you've made in the game and when you change deck, you'll be lost because of too many fundamental mistakes!
Game 2 vs Enel when you played the 4 drop wyper you clicked to fast. As you had a upper yard in hand you could have played off it. Even if you whiffed the search
