Widely acclaimed as one of Germany's most talented record spinners and producers Taucher won notoriety for his unusual stage antics, appearing as a scuba diver (which is what the word Taucher means in German) in a wedding dress, performing amateur ballet, and deejaying upside down.
The eccentric Teuton kicked off his adventure as a DJ back in 1992 and, thanks to his showmanship and flair on the turntables, rapidly became one of the hottest names on Frankfurt am Main's vibrant dance scene.
By 2016 he has built a loyal fan base, regularly playing shows in Germany and continuing to release music.
Among other projects Taucher is currently working on reviving his old 'Trance Cowboys' project with his friend and colleague, renown american producer and dj George Acosta.

Einer der besten Tracks aller Zeiten. Ich liebe jede Version! Aber tatsächlich geht mir die 2024er am meisten ab. Davon ein längerer Cut und ich werde unendlich glücklich sterben. Danke Taucher. Danke für dieses zeitlose Stück Musikgeschichte.

I was there bro. Playing this White label Vinyl at absolute mad house parties till 6am in the morning in my area where i grew up. People always knew i had the best new vinyl luckily because our local town had a shop that specialised in pure dance and underground. So i was always invited for a set. I used to bunk off school and go and spend the money i made delivering newspapers. That brought me about 5 new vinyl each week and on a friday night i would go meet with friends and they would always know we would end up at a house party. I went on in my later years to be a local club and bar dj, and even run a small independent record label but let me tell you! ...Those early years dj'ing with the white labels and the music that nobody else had in the 90's was the peak of my life. Thanks to producers like yourself. And don't get me started on the Ayla remix lol. Thank you.
