HELL YEAH! I love this build, it went so hard back when Imperial Mandate was a Mythic item and it still goes unbelievable hard. I look forward to the games. The only thing holding this build back is nonbelievers running it down once you build it no joke (just look how your chat reacts 🤣) Oh and they patched FoL in 14.10 didnt knew, makes this build a little bit worse, how boring.

Okay, I will reveal hidden tech: Either support or when you are money starved (should never happen on rick). Runes: Aery, Cooldown Reduction, Scorch + your choice. Secondary: Go green and take font of life. Then go Imperial mandate + support items that trigger on heal. This works on every champion that has a good slow. And if you wan't to have more uptime buy Rylais.
