Incredible video here! Very deep and lrecise, we love that! I'm planning to play the deck, but the rares are hard to find... I hope I'll reach my deck buikd goals quickly
Be VERY careful passing priority with Meditation Training. The moment you cast the spell and anchor something, that thing will become a lightning rod for removal. It is better to wait until later to play Meditation Training for when the opponent is out of removal, or has to decide between removing your character vs. developing their own characters.
I am loving this deck and find it works very well and smooth, sometimes I get a hand full of spells but in some way can play around to get me in a good position late game, how are you personally finding it against waru? Im having a hard but winnable time with it. Sometimes if you do it right it takes a whole turn to even remove eternal dragon which can lead to Costing them the game because you just end up winning the opposite side.
Great video as always! Just a couple of questions, what do you think about Verdantback and beauty sleep ? I expected to find especially the latter as a staple card in a muna. Thank you for your work!
@@alessandromascherpa5402 I’m not too high on Verdantback right now. I’d compare it a bit to Yong-Su which is a 5/5/5 for 3 when 2 plants are in play as opposed to a 5/5/6 for 4 with Verdantback. Obviously they aren’t 1 to 1 comparisons, but I feel I’d rather have a smaller Character without Defender most of the time. As for Beauty Sleep, I love the card. I was originally gonna pair it with Mana Reaping at the end, but it is much weaker into Waru who is already putting his own stuff to sleep and I felt often only really felt good if you are in a game winning scenario. Mana Reaping felt more versatile overall. That being said, I think both cards have their uses, I just didn’t feel it was enough to include them for this video.
Excellent work dealing with the challenges of deck building in this game which seems so different from other popular card games. I agree that this hero offers so many options of play style that it is a good choice to explore early.
I like that we are getting this information so that we have a good road map for what's coming out. But I totally agree that a little more time with the current set would have been nice. But most of all I'm just happy they're not putting out too many sets in a year. Three seems like a good number for a new TCG.
Clean video and audio. Great explanations. Amazing content. Do you plan on doing any recordings of games with these decks? I'd love to see some of them in action.
I don't think there's any issues with them putting out a teaser for the new set this early because The TCG CCG has become extremely crowded in the last 2 years with multiple popular IP games launching in the space. I'm very disappointed that there's no new heroes in this set and I think that's a mistake. They should have included at least one new hero per faction imo
super super pumped for Trial by Frost! I think that Seirra & Oddball will probably get a boost especially because of the new permanents, and I'm hoping the help out Atsadi, and Lindiwe 🤞
I am looking forward to your plans for more content. Our English speaking community needs to keep in mind that Altered is huge in its native country, France. In addition, when playing opponents on Board Game Arena ,I get matched with players from all over Europe. The Print on Demand feature will likely offer the physical cards printed in many different languages. In my opinion we are witnessing a whole new business model for TCGs.
No new heroes is definitely a bummer but establishing a strong foundation is certainly more important in the long run. I'm also glad we still have four months to strengthen our knowledge and skills on both BtG and the game as a whole.
I am hoping to get guides out for all the heroes eventually. I want to get a guide out for each faction, and then I'll go to second heroes, so hopefully not too long
Loving these videos. Keep up the good work. Some great uniques in this one! Are you planning on doing one of these for each factions “best deck”? Love to see some gameplay on these too.
I would love have one of these for every hero eventually, but I'm going in order of what I think people will be looking to build the most. Now that BGA is out I might do some gameplay of the decks, although I'll have to figure out if I want to make those different videos because I don't want to bloat the deck guides.
I am hoping to have my Waru & Mack guide up tomorrow or the next day, so that's what I'm working on now. Teija is high on my list, but I'm not sure if it'll her or Basira after.
