i played this game for the first time and this is what i have to say about it, the odm gear is just overall bad, it moves so slow with so little control it's not even funny, the titans literally move as fast as these things istg, 2nd, i found a huge problem in that it's impossible to orbit or hit any part of a titan other than the nape despite giving blood particles, this forces new players to just try and get the titan to stomp to have the, at best, 1 second of time to hit the nape before the titan turns around, and that leads to the 3rd point. 3rd this game's titan turn speeds are so bad it's not even funny anymore. Overall, there's a HUGE difference between a high learning curve and just poorly designed odm gear that takes a century and a half to get used to. This game is still great and I'm happy other people can enjoy it but i cannot call this game the greatest aot game by a lot. TLDR, i dont really like this game.

This game is extremely important to me. Everyone I know today in my social circle, friends that are no longer close and the one that still are, most of them come from this game, from the Brazillian Community from 2015 to 2020. Unfortunately the game seems dead and it's rare to see someone playing + I'll probably never see friends I couldn't save any contact form before I left the game
there still are people playing on rc mod pretty much at any time and theres big communitys on the expeditions servers like ebtw. I met so many cool people in this game from EBTW
My favourite game ever made, the fastest time i ever had was 90 secs seeing people go 40 secs blew my fucking mind everytime i saw it. Its been years since ive played the game but that race clip u put in had my every hair stand on end.
man i wish AOT games from koei tecmo have enough popularity to gain modders, so this free movement tech 3d manuver ability and multiplayer is possible. BUT yea it is what it is

I genuinely did not know this game was still alive and active (and downloadable!), I've played it plenty so many years ago now and thought it kind of just died out...
I found a page on gamejolt that was letting people download it, so of course I decided to download it because nostalgia and when I scanned the thing it turned out to be malware. The game was still there but the guy that put it on the gamejolt page added malicious files to it. That irks me a lot.
jesus man this showing up in my recommended was like a jumpscare . i think my aottg community days are genuinely the only days in my life that i reflect on and fully wholeheartedly miss . people started getting busier and their investment in the game could only last so long with so little attention from feng so it was inevitable that itd die out but oh my god man i miss it sometimes . by the same token though ... i really wish i was at my current age during the time the game was at its most active because i was an lot to deal with as a kid sometimes . if any of u remember a dom/dominantbunion then erm hiiiiii ^_______^ i really wish i could experience ASO or somethijg similar one more time . i miss all of the people so much . unfortunately i have an unseverable attachment to this game and the community because i found them when i was 10 and an actual fucking baby so its just branded onto my brain forever @aberyy on discord and @1e6i7a on twitter if any old friends/acquaintances or any1 from community sees this
THE NOSTALGIA!!! I made so many friends and lots of enemies too within this game Some are still friends with me and we always look back on the good ol days of us going around challenging each other to see who could get highest damage I started using guns and was getting upward to 5k damage for the guns you have to go at double the speed for it to the same amount of damage as the swords meaning i was reaching up to 10k speed and still managing to hit them with the guns nad get high damage I miss this game.... I am in the discord for aottg 2 which is group of passionate fans who want to preserve the lifespan of aottg and improve upon what has already been made
lovely video. I even got LUCKY to remember it out of nowhere, now 5 to 7 years later after playing that game and then abandonning it after discovering ROBLOX. Quite fun to see it again
Bruh I used to play this back then on RC Mod, then outta nowhere it broke and I came back to it in like 2020, couldn’t find any of the friends I made on here as a 9 year old in like 2014
