I don’t understand why everyone wants to put so much tight stitching in the quilting. It makes the quilt so tight and stiff it can almost stand on its on why not less stitches so the quilt is soft and drapes around you when you use it. I guess this tight stitches is ok if you’re just going to hang it on a wall. No 100 year old quilt if ever seen was stiff and hard as these new quilters are doing it

Wow, they use 1,000,000 gallons of fresh water a day, load it full of chemical dies, and then send it to the city for “treatment” before feeding it to the people, animals and crops. What’s a great idea.

Thank you for sharing your story. I cried when you told about your sister who believed in you. What a gift. Your quilting is beautiful and as I’m just beginning, I hope I can learn and be just a tad bit as good as you.

Love your tutorials. I have this antique quilt top and decided to hand quilt. Well I have recently had a upgrade to my Gammill. I love it. Here is my question. If I took my quilt out of the frame and machine quilted the rest of it or quilt the whole quilt would I have to take out all the hand quilting. I need some some advice. Thank you clara herzog

It was a very interesting video. I enjoyed seeing all the steps in such detail. I came here from searching RU-vid for "how is thread made" and it's the first of your videos I've seen. I just have to say... Your commentary, or more accurately your acting, was painful to watch and listen to. It sounded more like you were trying to make fun of bad acting. Everything was so wooden. As long as you stuck to the technical commentary it was fine, but every little personal comment was so obviously scripted and then badly executed. I wondered why with such a high production value your channel had so few views. I guess I don't know if this is indicative of the rest of your videos, but if it is, now I know why. I'm sorry to post such a harsh negative comment. I hope you can take it as the constructive criticism I meant it to be.
