But then I became more interested in politics and if you are paying any attention to what is important in America, you are reading about Ron Paul. I am here to report and give my perspective on the Paul Campaign and report what is actually happening. I DO wish I had asked him some questions or talked to him more as I showed ‘my papers,’ in the hopes that it would make him stop and think just how silly it was for them to be acting that way towards us, when they happened upon a peaceful group of citizens. And never once asked us for our side of what was going on."
These officers are stupid. What are you trying to find out stupid after you got there and found out that these people were only buying food to eat and there was no disturbance or crime committed. It baffles me that police can be this ignorant of the constitution that they lied to uphold. All they have to do is learn the first 5 and learn how to respect the citizens that your are to protect. Stop being tyrants. People don’t have to do whatever you say do. You need to make sure that it is a lawful command backed by a law or city statute or penal code. Telling a person to sit on the ground like a dog is unlawful and very disrespectful. This is how you police officers with this behavior earn the disrespect and even hate from the public.

You dumb stupid cop the young lady can film you in the coarse of your official duty. It has been upheld by the Supreme Court. If you aren’t a tyrant then you don’t have a problem being filmed. It’s her first amendment right to film. You cops need to learn the constitution that you all lied to uphold.
What right does the police have to stop you and identify you for exercising your constitutional right to bear arms? Law abiding citizens and females at that being treated like criminals for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I don’t feel comfortable with my wife not carrying her firearm when she goes out on her own or with the kids. Every law abiding American citizen especially women who are at a disadvantage in a physical altercation should exercise their right to self protection and protection of their loved ones. It’s sad when we see all these body cameras worn by the police and camera phones bring to light how often our rights are infringed upon and how the police abuse their authority or simply don’t know the law nowadays. Another thing I want to point out is that these are white women that this is being done to. Typically this would be the least likely of racial and gender stereotypes to be treated like they were and I think that’s a fair assessment. Imagine now them being black females or better yet black males and exercising their constitutional right to bear arms?? I’m not for defunding the police on the other hand I believe that they need a lot more training and classes and resources to properly educate them on the laws for one thing first and foremost and then tactics like deescalation techniques all the way to weapons training and knowledge not just tactically but how to identify and recognize what is what class and category of firearm and what accessories are what and legal and finally the manual of arms and basic operations of firearms. All to often in these videos where I see second amendment auditors rights being violated it’s because “law enforcement” doesn’t know the “law” within their state or their authority, secondly I see that they have absolutely no idea if something is a short barreled rifle or a pistol with a pistol brace and they have no knowledge of how to identify a firearm that is automatic or not. I constantly see the police handle firearms in an unsafe manner in which they improperly clear the weapon or they flag a fellow officer or citizen while handling firearms.

Except that's not what happened here, where the officer was not called about the open carry in itself. He was called to trespass the ladies. The ladies agreed to the trespass and went on their way. @@Lincolnsdaddy762: "Were they trespassed for the open carry?" May well be, but the ladies were lawfully carrying. My _guess_ is that the store manager decided to blanket trespass, because he did not have the authority to boot them just for the open carry.

I reside in the mountains of North Carolina and with the exception of a few outliers, almost everyone that I know personally on my mountain not only carries a handgun either openly or concealed but also has a long gun in their vehicle. It’s not even uncommon to see someone carrying a rifle while checking their fence lines or doing something on their property as our wildlife ranges from hogs to mountain lions and bears and every once in a while the opportunity to dispatch a nice deer or other meal that may cross your path.

Most of the so-called experts will tell you that open carry is not a good idea, and their list of reasons goes on and on. They are entitled to their opinion. Opinions are like belly buttons. Everybody has one. I grew up in a high crime area and I knew all of the bad people, the smart ones and the stupid ones. None of them wanted to get shot. I've traveled armed for more than 50 years, openly since 1985 and I will never know how many times trouble has taken a detour rather than confront an old man with a gun. I am 87 years old and I know from personal experience what can happen to old people when they're perceived as an easy target. The gun on my side is my personal sign that says beware, this old dog still bites. Unarmed people are a much safer target. Recently, local law enforcement, being uninformed about the state statute that allows open carry with the proper permit, chose to challenge the validity of my decision. They firmly believed that open carry was against the law in the state of Rhode Island. I was threatened with arrest and possible jail time. Eventually the city solicitor was able to convince the Police Department that what I was doing was perfectly legal and that their opinion about my reason didn't matter. On the plus side, this was the first time since I started carrying openly 38 years ago that law enforcement even noticed me. Rhode Island has a population of over 1,000,000 and only 3500 people were issued a permit to carry. That's less than half of 1%. Many people with permits don't know that they are allowed to open carry or are afraid of reprisal from the Police if they do. I have never seen another Rhode Islander open carrying. This, in my opinion, is a classic example of, “use it or lose it.” I will no longer argue the point. My reasons are justifiable and personal, and I no longer choose to share them or argue the validity of my actions. My reasons are none of your business. The only pertinent question is, “is it legal?” When asked “What are you afraid of?” My reply has always been, - Nothing.

This cop is violating these young people's Fourth Amendment rights, and I don't understand why they're just submitting to it given their paperwork especially the people who don't have guns if I didn't have a gun on me and some cop demanded my papers without a crime I tell him to go screw himself let him arrest me and then I sue them for a couple hundred grand, I'm not kidding I'm a senior citizen I go to jail for 2 days you know you're not going to get out before 2 days I'm not even going to bail out the two days I'm in there I'm suffering in excruciating pain because I have to take pills for pain every day well I get to sue them for pain and suffering afterwards which comes to millions of dollars no joke😮😊

If you’re going to exercise one right (2nd amendment,) you should exercise them all, 4th amendment ID refusal. Foreigners in the comment section don’t understand how important our constitutional rights are in the United States, and they also don’t seem to understand that police are also bound by the law and they can’t legally order you to obey them in every situation.
At 1:22: The bully cop doesn't accept a valid passport, which I consider to be the best photo ID anybody can carry. What is wrong with him? And at 3:02, AND 3:32, AND 3:48, AND 5:02, he admits, FOUR TIMES, that he doesn't know what he's doing. Obviously he hopes to escalate the situation. But no one is handcuffed, injured, or killed by the cop, thanks to the camera.
I don't see that from Obama in this clip. and I'm very hard on President Obama. Caused he seem to do a lack of service for blacks in fear of it seeming as favoritism or a some weird form of nepotism. It seemed like he was in awe of Carson,most of us in the black community seen BC as a super hero a black champion. From the block to prestigious or affluent blacks he's the man!! And I think Obama gave off the vibe of admiration and respect. As it is true in most cases many of us black men suffer from a form of self alienation(not having sense of self worth) which then transforms into self annihilation as noted by dr Amos Wilson&Carter G Woodson. And this case I think Obama having a sense of worth needed not to steam in a negative way towards Dr.BC. Part of our problem is not allowing non-black communities to form narratives that are pernicious and divisive. Plus they have a cordial respect from past meetings. Nice try though
My question is, what judge signed off on this? CPS or Police can't take a child without a judge saying so. You don't even have to let police or CPS on your property. You can tell them to leave, and they certainly wouldn't have taken my child without my attorney being present. This is happening all over the country. Doctors use CPS to bully parents. Also, these parents sound like immigrants, and they may not know their rights. Absolutely disgusting and unconstitutional

Did you notice the tshirts? Sure it wasn't a stunt. They just walk around all day wearing " I will not comply" tshirts and filming themselves. It is a stunk Harvey that is all. Open carry is by far and away the dumbest issue in America today.
Perhaps it's to encourage men and women to partake in that behaviour with the unnatural labratory chimeras that are being created when mixing the dna of various species and creating animal/ human hybrids. As in the days of Noah... Time is short, get your house in order 🙏
Thank god i'm not American or living there, this is insane and it infuriates me just thinking about it! And the fact that this is backed by the government and the justice system there! It's kiddnapping and you can't do anything about it
Pretty much, as there was no requirement for the ladies to I.D. here. The officer was called by Walmart to trespass the ladies. The ladies agreed to the trespass. This means there was no probable cause of unlawful activity, so no law that required the ladies to show I.D.
