There can be no doubt about who wrote that piece of music of course. But how could John Lennon so audaciously claim credit for it ? I wonder if it was his publishing company's doing and not his own decision. Just a thought.
Jamrag and King Kong may be the "same song," but whatever changes were made, make them sound different. Maybe Lennon thought he had changed the song enough for he and his wife to get credit. I don't know 😔😐
Just spitballin here but the "worst way" is commonly known as a mirdir soupicide every town over 100,000 has at least one a year. click like for more happy facts.
Are we talking about the same Zappa who years later performed "I Am the Walrus"? So there was not so much bad animosity with Lennon, it was more than anything to distract, it is evident that there was a business arrangement between them. Lennon didn't need anyone, neither Zappa nor McCartney. It's that simple.
Lennon was unique, his influence on others musically was far greater than most musicians, probably more than dylan even, but thats a maybe. John only had 40 years of life. Id say it wasnt easy being Lennon.
When will a documentary be done about mama Cass’s part in bringing all these talented people together. She saw possibilities and connection when others didn’t, a true seer of musical potential.
My two favorite artists of all time. Both of these guys were a one off. Never to be repeated. Never to be exceeded. Born to be brilliant. I miss them both terribly.
Most definitely stolen. Listen to 20 seconds of the original: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v1ZapVqxcug.html Then listen to the live Lennon/Ono track: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4BDPdquOpnk.html
If you are called "professor", you must know the facts 🙂 This is perfirmance of Frank Zappa and the Mothers if Invention of song King Kong. John and Yoko were only the guests who took the recording with the permition of Frank Zappa for their album, but they credited themselves not Frank. And it is clearly under the law. Frank was nice guy who dud not sue them although he clearly could. Yoko ruined that song(although I don't like it 😂, but like Zappa's work) with her screaming without purpose
One of the most talented women of that time ? Are you alright ? She is far more talented than the men of this time and of that time too ---name me anyone who is in her league ???? YOU CAN"T
And you are incorrect, Lennon is also known for possibly take chuck Berry's song when he wrote "Come Together". A song that Paul McCartney also acknowledges that Lennon "borrowed".
