Richard, very interesting concept. From the affordable housing viewpoint I was initially struggling with the 15' vaulted ceilings @ the upper level. It was good to see you move usable spaces up into that position. I appreciate the angled offcuts being re-used in tandem, but I'm not sure of the quantity of offcuts that would be utilized? Also, if the roof would be stick-framed, would every joist not be a different length? Your thoughts? I really appreciate your creativity. cheers, Jim

You mentioned about looking out for infill plots. However, what if the infill land plot has had an application for village green status? Does that make it too much of a risk, as potentially no development would be allowed?

Hi, thank you for this. I tried registering on my local authorities righttobuildportal, but as I am right at the beginning I didn't have the answers to their questions, does it hinder my application if I have TBC next to some of the questions? Is the process to first draw out the plan, in reference to the ''Sense check'' and then fill out the application on the portal? Many thanks
