Welcome to Stitch with Lisa Bongean! I'm Lisa and I'd love to share all that I know about stitching, along with tips and tricks that I've learned over the years of being a quilt shop owner and quilt, fabric and wool applique designer.
I've created this channel to be a way to connect with my fellow stitchers! Here is the place where you can learn how to stitch, aqcuire new stitching skills, interact and get social with me, all while establishing a way to feel a sense of community within our stitching world!
I've been stitching pretty much everyday since the first day I picked up a needle and thread; over 20 years ago. In that time, I've established the mastery of a multitude of stitches and I can't wait to share what I've learned over the years!
This channel is packed full of beautiful stitching tutorials and lessons that will surely help you become a master stitcher yourself! Make sure to hit that SUBSCRIBE button and I will see you in the comments!
Missed the live; enjoyed the energies you both share. Thank you Alysha for your service🇺🇸… Lisa; so many options of upcoming projects… what’s a quilter to do 😊… have fun… thank you both for today’s show… 🙌
My 8th grade HomeEc teacher said that sawdust helps keep the points on your pins and needles sharp. It’s also lighter weight, in case you are making wristband pincushions (which is what we were doing). I love this tutorial! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
It just means placing your dyes in dry form directly to the fabric and putting ice, snow, or rain over the top of the dye and let the ice or snow melt it and see what happens!
