Honestly for all the screwing around with a drop neck a good scissor neck is much quicker and more versatile.

Please tell me this trailer has a beavertail as well that's the primary method for loading and ability to split the neck is for when it's needed. It just seems time consuming, and a missed step with a pin or lock could be a disaster. Not to mention it can be a chore lifting the deck at times with specific loads, even with hydraulics. Having to have the truck in motion if assistance was needed leaves you in a bind if you're solo and can't shift enough weight to the rear for hook up and lift purposes. My 90t hyd detach takes all of about a minute and a half to split, and that includes walking back to the cab and pulling ahead, little longer with the jeep, haha Not knocking it by any means, I see the universal use potential for switching trucks(pin notch and slide rails of course) with no need for a wetline, the lack of stress not having to rely on a genset or running out of gas after forgetting to fill the Jerry can, and it's obviously far cheaper than a hydraulic neck. But as a full time float driver for a busy contractor, I see these couple of issues as a problem that would steer me away from this trailer, unless of course it's a tail loader as well and this ability is just for special situations. First manual detach I've even seen in my more than 2 decades putting wheels under anything that fits, not to say they might be common in areas, but its a decent little concept.
