I have a 96’ Magna and an 08’ Raider. It never fails some sportster rider wants to race. Both easily destroy a sportster in any kind of race. Yet they keep trash talking and trying.
Nobody did any modifications to a stock Honda Magna. Your only comparison is a 750 Honda Shadow (2 cylinder) which puts out 44 hp and would make anything seem fast. LOL
Das ist wie bei einen Rennen zwischen einen Traktor und einen Rennpferd, wobei das Rennpferd natürlich die "Magna" ist. Eine Magna hängt jede Harley ab. Oder besser: Japanische Qulität gegen US Quantität😁
I have a 2092 magna 750 I have a 2013 1200 sportster with a true stage 1 ..my sportster will take my magna ..my magna has low mileage with Vance and Hines exhaust...it's fast for what it is but if u want a real fast cruiser get a v max ...it will destroy just about anything
You’ll have fun with that bike. Miles of smiles. I have a 04 vt1100 Shadow Spirit. Love that bike as enough power and weight. Low maintenance for a reasonable price. Running 65 the motor isn’t working hard. There’s not a lot of vibration so you don’t get hand buzz when you get off and you don’t get pushed around a lot.
The guy on the magna is shifting way too early. Even with that said I think something's wrong with your bike. My 99 makes that speedometer and the tack move a hell of a lot faster than that. And I have ran mine against an 883 and it looked like when you try to race somebody who didn't try to race you. Even my homeboy on his V-Rod can't keep up. Not anything under a hundred miles per hour anyway.
I have a 85 VF700C and an Iron 1200 stage 1 and the Magna will take the Iron 1200 pretty handily. I also have a M8 114 with stage 1 and the Magna will eat its lunch as well. Given the M8 will always get off the line faster, just makes it all the more fun when you get to pass the 114 a little bit on down. I run the Magna out to the 10.5K redline at each shift and it is still pulling hard. Of course I think it is still sleeping till around 7K. That is a fun bike. If Honda was to bring back a V4 cruiser, I would be one of the first in line at the dealer.
Nice video. I still have my pristine '96 1100 ACE with 13K original miles. Drag bars, Cobra pipes/jetting, Jardine forward foot controls, custom paint, stretched tank, cut fenders, Kuryakyn turn signals. This baby rides like a new bike of its day. Looks like a HD Softail so I call her a Hardley-Davidson, lol
I just got my starter bike it’s a 1998 Honda Shadow VT1100cc ACE and I did the MSF course but was wondering if I should start on a smaller bike like in the course or get used to the 1100
if you feel comfortable with the 1100cc bike then i would say just ride it and get used to it and if your not comfortable with it maybe try a smaller bike
and if you dont feel comfortable at all on the 1100 then i would say down size for a bit and try the 1100 after you have more ridding experience, best starter bikes for someone thats getting started 500cc and under not too much power going to be lighter bike to throw around then go up, but obviously if you feel okay on the 1100 no reason to go down once you get used to it youll be glad you stuck with it, but if you feel like you are going get hurt on the 1100 then should downsize for a bit
@@MRZOOMGAMES the main part I’m stuck at is the clutch, because in the course I figured out the clutch in 5 minutes but the bigger bike it’s harder for me to find that point
My 97 Ranger has two coils in it. Bought it from a guy who took off the 14 inch wheels and put on 15s, which I don't think helps at all...front end is all rebuilt ... the only cam in it is in the engine. 40600 miles on the front, 243,000 on the tranny.
Where do you live? That is some beautiful country! BTW, according to my production run color chart, that bike is a 1991, the only year they produced "Sparkling Silver".
The ST1100 had such a long run because Honda made no compromises in it's design and build quality. They checked off a lot of boxes when they produced it. I had the opportunity to buy either a nice ST1100 or a ST1300, both from friends. I ended up getting the ST1100 (which ironically was priced higher than the 1300). It felt more stable and smoother. I also felt it was built better, but that's probably just me and my opinion. This is one of Honda's iconic bikes, and one that will be highlighted as another of their best efforts. I haven't regretted my decision for one minute.
Wow, it’s almost like a bike that’s built to have low end torque and be a bar hopper for some reason doesn’t have a lot of top end speed. Crazy, never would’ve thought🤦♂️
it don't have top end or low end Harley sportster is a beginner bike or for your girlfriend these dudes out here thinking they something cause they got a Harley and all they got is a girly ass beginner bike 😂😂 shits funny and all the triggered sportster dudes in the comments 😂🤦
love you're video, bought an ST 2 weeks 3 ago and although i. building up my own reviews i still cant get enough of every one else's as they're all so alike ..what a piece of perfect Japanese Perfection At Its Very Ultimate All Intergalactically All Best Time !
