@@VeevLoot yes it helped a lot. Idk if it’s because I reached out to friends and family yesterday because my anxiety has been so bad and it kinda helped. But when I get off work I took one gummie and a hour or so later my body was calm and I was ready for sleep

You're lucky but I'm not jealous at all because you did what all fans do, be surprised, plenty of joy and nothing more. I saw a video of Cillian Murphy speaking about his meeting with a fan : they just began to talk about Cillian's roles, about Ireland and some others things and I think that's the good thing to do, not just being a fan but speaking with him like equals, that's far more interesting and enriching.

I celebrate the winter solstice, because I know that the days will start getting longer again! 😊 Christmas doesn't do anything for me, I find it too commercial, like the Fringe festival in Edinburgh. I'm happy to spend the day alone, maybe go out for a walk. Same with NYE - over hyped, too noisy
I am sorry that you are having a rough time. I do consider myself really lucky when it comes to my mental health. There are so many resources out there now for all people to get more help. I am sending you good brain vibes friend!
