The hose has to be stiff so it doesn’t collapse, it’s not a normal discharge hose which can be pliable. If that intake hose wasn’t stiff, it would collapse shut.
You probably work for a dealer that sells $30,000 machines for the same crap that you will have the exact same kind of issues with it's probably the way you're operating it you're probably doing something wrong
You know this is probably also made in the same factory as a Yamaha or Kawasaki or something like that they're all made in the same place a lot of times just different branding matter of fact aren't the parts for this or exchangeable what is it with a Kawasaki mule or something else interchangeable parts that should tell you something you hear getting ripped off when you go out and pay $30,000 for a machine
I mean I don't know if you actually have a channel but if you did I probably wouldn't subscribe because you sound kind of like a crybaby like you expect everything to be perfect it's got to be perfect it's got to be perfect keep in mind this is a $10,000 machine when someone like Polaris wants to charge you $40,000 for a comparable side-by-side so honestly I think it's a pretty damn good deal because you get a lot of things on this that you don't get with even a 30,000 dollar Polaris or Can-Am or Yamaha or one of the others so keep that in mind there buddy you kind of sound like it's just a crybaby
We have a 2020. What a POS!!! Just unloading it off the trailer after buying it I had to fix the shifter since it wouldn't go in reverse. We also had problems with it shutting off randomly. A 2 hour trip to a Cub Cadet dealer and 4 months later to find it was a half ass wiring job from factory. When i finally got a wiring diagram, I've had to fix more shoddy factory wiring since then. Warranty is useless when an authorized repair shop is so far away and customer service from Husun is nonexistent. Quality control on these are nonexistent. My yamaha is still going strong since 2009 and beaten worse than the POS Axis.
Thank you for this review, i need a 4 seater to take cliants out into a desert and although affodable, thing just seems like a peace of junk. Looking at honda or kawi. Witch one would you get ?
Hey i just bought the same pump from harber fright i had to buy 2 15 ‘ intake hose like you did and kept filling it up with water but its not pumping is there anything i can do i have a basement with like 5’ of water .. what i did i took a paint bucket and kept running down to prime it but nothing happened… any ideas for me ?
From this motor pump you can make a mini dredger for removing bottom sediments. For this you need a second high pressure motor pump and a Bagermaster suction nozzle with hydraulic washout
Just wanted to say thanks for creating this video. My son and I successfully installed the same kit yesterday. Your video was the 'go to' for instructions and it made the job enjoyable. Cheers!
The thred on the pump is national pipe thred. commonly abbreviated as NPT. Same as any black iron pipe. Or iron pipe used in older homes. I got a size reducer that reduced to 2" on the output. And then an adapter to 1/4 turn for fire hoses. . I have to agree the 3" is no where as portable as the 2" or 1" But once set up, will move massive amounts of water. Id definitely recommend it for say emergency water removal from say a boat. Where you want maximum water moved. But you mite want a smaller pump on hand, incase it loses prime. The ability to handle small solids is another big plus for unknown water in emergencys. . Yea the hard line from harbor freight is simply a pain to deal with, its not just that hose.
Thank you for this I'm definitely not buying one now I was looking at the 500 two seat one but nah that one is almost 10k these are obviously very cheaply made. Thank you for this
i bought one yesterday and was kinda worried about a harbor freight engine, but it started on the first pull out if the box and every first pull thereafter!!! great pump!
Looks like it's out of gas.. gas light is on... They don't put gas in them at the store.. that's why it quit.. the fuel gauge bars are dark when it has gas in it
Here's the trick. It worked for me lifting 15 feet of water vertically out of my cistern. Instead of the standard strainer on the end of the hose in the water (or an open end like you had) buy a 3 inch foot valve (or whatever size your hose takes) and screw it onto the hose fitting. Fill your intake hose with water before screwing it onto your pump. A little water will escape while you're attaching it to your pump but that's OK. Then fill your pump housing to prime it and install the fill port plug. Start your engine and you have instant water. You say you didn't have a water source to fill your hose? Yes you did. Take a 5 gallon bucket and dip into your water supply in your basement to fill your hose. I realize it was cold there, but next time it warms a little bit, lay your intake hose in the sun. It becomes very pliable. PS. I bought a 2 inch brass foot valve on Amazon for $32.00 for my 2 inch pump. Awesome investment which saved a lot of aggravation like you had the first time I used it.
you don't eat to rely just on your bags in my opinion the blocks will take some of the stress of your bags and if you tow a load you can apply more air to level them out. that is just my opinion I would call a local 4x4 shop and just ask.
its different it chances the angle and you can screw that bolt in to lift it more. this is a leveling kit so it makes the truck sit level and slows for you to fit a 33' inch tire. as far as the lift I have a f250 with a 12 inch lift on 40's and trust me you don't want to work in in every day this truck is just an old work truck I'm not about to lift that high lol
If you go to commercial hose place and get to 1 1/2 “ hoses you can’t use a T with banjo fittings for a quick connection. We pump out irrigation mainline with them and sometimes we don’t want to take riser fittings off so 2 hoses works good
I just bought this jack but forgot the bottle of oil lol I will go get it tomorrow. But overall I think is a good jack for my car and suv. I live in a second floor that is why I bought this jack 54lbs vs 78lbs 3 tons the 3 ton was killing me going up the stairs lol
it took like 2 hours, and I ended up turning that truck into a plow truck. its still going strong even with a plow on it for the money deff. a good pick
You need a cold weather suction hose. They usually come in blue and are super flexible. You can also get the green suction hose that has the black spiral on it like the ones you see on a septic pumping truck. They are a lot more flexible than that cheap stuff from Harbor freight tools.
