Hi Jayme, I’m so sorry about your breakup, I’m sure it was difficult to do, but you had a goal for your life from early on and you needed to get back to your priorities. It’s absolutely the right thing to do, you don’t want to get older and deeper in a relationship only to spend your life mourning your dream. You did the right thing, I’m very proud of you, that you chose yourself. ♥️ BTW, During the pandemic, you were the first curly girl I found, a video on the Denman brush! That was 4 years ago!
GIRL this is a blast from the past! I knew I recognized you, I used to watch your videos years ago when I was just starting my curly hair journey! Thanks for helping little me transform her hair! Your curls are even more gorgeous than I remember 🫶
OMG SAME She was one of the first youtubers that I watched that helped me start my curly hair journey too 💕 That’s when I first got my denman brush and got products for my hair
if I am limited to use only one of these products after washing with the shampoo and conditioner, which one do you recommend for minimizing frizz and soft curls?
I've got a BIT OF A crush on AJ! Also, what a lovely vlog. I really admire Jayme's discipline and dedication to her work! You went to our call back in the middle of the party, were up before dawn. Wish you nothing but the best for everything to come. Sending lots of love!
I’ve been using the bounce curl defining brush and realising that it makes my curl Clumps bigger and more defined but I switched to brush styling with a small comb and I much prefer the smaller fluffy curls tbh! :) xx
@melissawest7971 I’m not sure if this question is directed at me, but if it is, I will say this: It’s not about what products I use. It’s about the type of hair I have. When you know the type of hair you have, meaning whether it’s porous or non-porous, fine or coarse, dry or oily, then you’ll know what products to look for because you’ll be looking for products that will meet that need or that type of hair that you have. I have fine hair. Therefore, I use products that are made for fine hair, and you’ll find that information on the bottle. Products for curly hair will specifically say whether they’re for fine or coarse hair, for example. That’s what will help you find the best products for your hair type.
Oh my, I started watching you in my teens and only realized now that we’re the same age?? What an icon, glad to see your hair grew so pretty and healthy. My curl pattern used to be much tighter, but also very porous and dry; after cutting it from butt-length I realized it grows faster than I’d ever known (This pfp was from the beginning of the year and it’s already beyond shoulder length when dry), but my curl pattern went from a 3C to a 3B, even some 3A, funny enough with less volume than when it was long. But the real thing is that it’s much much healthier, shiny, less porous and more bouncy. It just takes time to acclimate, but changing is part of living ❤️
