@@williamdemler24 Hi 👋, This is my latest MOC, no mod instructions is available other than my videos. VLites has several motorization kits that can be reused. As power functions motors, rechargeable batteries and remote control are alternative cheaper solution to Lego powered up. Each powered up solution for each vehicle here costs ~ $150. Trying to offer an alternative solution. Any LEGO Store can carry up those powered up items.

The additional parts were axles: a 12 or 13 for the driving motor - so you can get the fake engine running synchronously, a 6 or 7 axle for the steering, and 2x 5 axles for driving the excavator. Each video description has the motorization items. Anything else can be leveraged from the set itself. You can get the Lego #42167 garbage truck (cheap ~ $30) and use it for the additional parts.

@@mcush7932 Hi, no. Mostly comes from the set itself. You would need a 12 or 13 axle for the driving motor. The powered up items are in the video description.

When I was disassembling my Lego to install the motor, I found that I didn't have the cross axis!!!

@@PP4Ealso do you think that the Lego L motor will work instead of power up?

@@LegoVideos-robashki The L-powered-up motor is a 8x3 stud, so any identical replacement should work. Be careful with the wheels' height, the front is lower than the rear, so I used the steering motor on its flat side.
