What people do not know is this station has the finest tilled beer celler in town. They used to sell the finest Bass outside of burton brewery. Open the bar again.
Sadly it's not actually a boat train. The one train a day arrives at Heysham Port 1 hour after the boat to Douglas has left. Coming from the Isle of Man, there is a 3 hour wait before the train to Lancaster.
