when the earth was flat we dreamed of falling where we could wake up with our feet on the ground oh teach me without me teaching me something for nothing how come we can’t quite recreate the things we forget with picture books i’d sleep on the edge of my bed to prepare for this walk i’m gonna take i’m going to walk along this earth and build a raft if i have to and do all that i can do to walk along the edge without falling
Thanks! I found this one as well - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QQSF6u6-UyI.html and there were some other songs I filmed / edited. I'll dig them up and post
Man, 10 years ago and these guys were still destroying it. I love this song, it's a little better than the recorded version on Ashley Eriksson's first album but their both great. They need to record a version of this with that guitar and singing at the end. Iv heard on Facebook that they have plans to eventually release an album called when the earth is flat so with any luck it'll have this version or something like it. Lake is my favorite band, why haven't more people seen this?
i know this comment is a month old, just checking in to make sure you're okay. sending you good vibes from across the internet. jason molina always said that good vibes were one of the most important things in life and i tend to agree. anyway, i hope you're doing better than you were when you made this comment. it'll be okay. <3
@@meighanyoung7776 thanks a lot. Things look better now. Sometimes everything looks dark but believe me, Jason's music makes me have the catharsis that I need, cause sometimes is difficult put all the bad vibes out
Basically, if Damien ever reads this...I want him to know that this song is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. Ive shared it with ever music lover I know. Its certainly on my list of top 10 favorite songs of all time...Damien my brother...you have some serious soul. I hope to come across your path one day and look at you square in the eyes and thank you for contributing your passion to the world of music...bless...
accidentally stumbled across Damien Jurado by searching for Abilene by Bobby Bare (completely different song but shares the same name.) I'm so glad I found Jurado. Seeing him in August 20th. Cannot Wait!
I went to itunes to dl this (had to go under Ashley E)--and the preview sucked, it doesn't have the magic of this video, these guys are way better live.
