Well done Rob! Two years is a decent milestone, I’m following behind and hit the two year mark at the end of this year myself 🤣 been good to follow your progress!
@@HelmOfAwesomeWindows yeah I’m still working two jobs which is a bit awkward but plan is to gradually keep building and go full time self employed. It’s great I love it 🤣👍
That came up really well, do you mind me asking if it was just Hypo and if so what strength did you mix it to. Also what sprayer are you using and do they last a while with those chemicals being used regularly.
Just hypi and surfactant mate yeh, this was 4-1 mix I git the sprayer in go outdoors, last a hut longer than some. I clean it straight out after, run water through the sprayer too, then leave lid off when storing
Hi, I still use a bucket and brush although I bought an X-Jet nozzle a year ago. I mixed a little surfactant into the mix, but it still didn’t foam up like you achieved here. Is it about pressure and the return valve? Geoff
I always add plenty of surfactant and have my revs up high mate. This is a pro foamer from Rutland so I'm not sure if it foams if differently to an xjet. I wouldn't of thought so though
I'm not 100% sur3 mate but Darren who's runs DA components eilo sefo be able to assist. Give them a call on 01642 903023 He's really helpful and friendly mate
Hi Rob, nice clean mate. A couple of questions have you ever used a whirlaway with castors if you have which do you prefer. Where did you get the yellow hose from and what did you add to the sand. All the best mate, love the videos. Ben
Hiya mate I have yeh l, I found stones kept getting stuck under the wheels, but most seem to prefer them with wheels. I got the hose from a local supplier but it's a VTuf 40m high pressure hose. I add some weed preventer to the sand mate, either that or rock salt 👍👍 Cheers Rob
@@TonyBecks1969 I either use pureseal or liquipak, there is also blast away, or if you in a bit of a rush and haven't got any, you can use fairy liquid too
"Wow, what a transformation! It's amazing to see how a little cleaning can make such a big difference. Inspires me to tackle my own outdoor spaces! 🌱😍"
Just bought it after watching this, game changer i was using a gardiner backpack taking forever to put hypo down, used it 1st time last week covered 180 square meters in less than 10 minutes.😂
Great work. Nothing better than a strong wind while you're trying to re-sand a drive! 😂I had one the other day about that size, lost nearly a whole bag just to the wind! 🤣
Hi mate, thanks for the vid. Really interested in the pole/method you are using to put the biocide on the ground. What is it please? Is it some kind of window cleaning/roof cleaning pole? Cheers, Tom.
Hiya mate So I'm using a WFP backpack i gor from window cleaning warehouse A 4ft WFP I got from xline And a spray applicator I got from DA Components 👍👍
@@HelmOfAwesomeWindows Hi, thanks, figured it was something along those lines - I just need to see if I can get a spray applicator to fit my WFP then. Been struggling to settle on the best method for applying biocide at scale and this looks perfect. Keep up the awesome work, really enjoy your vids. 👍
Great results, just shows that there are different methods of cleaning required depending on situation - great that the customer told you of poor drainage.
If it wasn't for the runoff you could have used your ladders for a straight line. Great result. Hopefully after seeing the result the neighbour will call you.
Get a little leaf blower for the end of the resand mate. Literally just a quick once over the top once you've swept it in, it finishes it off great and eliminates that grain under foot. Parker brand blower 60 quider does the job just the same as the sthl 👍👍
Cheers Dave. Was great to see you as always. Been using the brush already and I'm loving it. Might get a stiff bristle one too if you got any suggestions
