Unpopular opinion… a rotational mechanics baseball swing and a disc golf X-step throw are the same exact thing from the time the front foot touches, to heel drop, to point of contact/release. The lead arm should do the exact same thing, and so should the rest of the body

I got a paradox and wouldn't call it a beginner disc. Its understability makes it quite niche. It constantly flips over and it rarely goes straight unless it dips in the ground and keeps on rolling. Sincerely. A forehand thrower.
hey man i follow your tips for improvents alot i do have a question for putting as im able to drive into the put even clear the distance with a mid range too the hole however i have a hard time generating power rip and release from putt stances ? any power putt and release tips ?
A good disc golfer will throw whatever disc they are most comfortable and accurate with for the shot regardless of what disc it is . You can hit a 200ft shot with a putter-driver , the only thing that matters is if you make a good shot .
@ChainClankersDiscGolf I met someone on the course last year like that. I showed him a 250 ft putter throw on a pitch n putt course. He switched to putters and midrange for his 200s after that 😁
Background music is way too loud and distracting. Hard to hear what your guest is even saying. I know this is an older video, but it just came across my feed so I’m just getting to it and with it be HH I had to watch but the music makes it tough.
I put this on a lot of hyzer, flips up to flat with a solid turn the rest of the flight to right for 400+ feet. Throw flat to slight anhyzer for a great roller.
I personally think that my reachback doesn’t end until my body is already uncoiling, and that helps my snap and range of motion come together for a 400’+ shot
