How does the mastic tape compare to the spray foam adhesive in terms of durability? It’s an intriguing idea, but I’d be worried about 10 years down the line when/if the treads start to sink as the mastic decomposes.
Box vents are better than cap vents because they are easy to seal and don't leak in the wind. Also that old roofing needs to come off before you put a new roof on. Don't be lazy. That's an easy roof to do, do it right.
I've been in this trade for 20 years. Code down allows for going over 1 layer. Box dont vent as well. Price is higher when more work is involved.. money is tight for alot of people right now... Don't be a keyboard warrior
I thought one end was to loosen the bar and the other end fits the spark plug? The screwdriver end fits the chain adjustment screw. Maybe you got the wrong wrench with your saw?
