People seem to forget that agent 47 was built only and only to take down fighters way more skilled than him. He has unmeasurable stamina and durability.
47 outsmarts imo. I think Leon would win in a hand to hand fight but I also think it’s pretty out of character for 47 to just fist fight a guy on par with him
