Yes! These are water activated liners so they have to be wet. Some people spray the pan directly, but I like to wet my brush first then go in! I use the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray 😊

Well true magnetic lashes don't use liner or glue ! You have a top and bottom that snap together because it's magnets . So ya , Any magnetic liners that have glue or liner are a waste and completely fake !

I think it is just too much, specially for young like you. You dont need that much make up. You are pretty without makeup. I think this is suitable for night party only.
