are they legal to make if they are not transported or stored? I've heard mixed answers. Some say you can't even make flash powder, some say only if you shoot it right after constructing it, or others say you can only make up to a certain powder limit like 50mg for firecrackers without a liscense
Ex Law Enforcement officer here and im here to tell you that you absolutely DO NOT ever want to experience police grade O.C. spray! It's one level under bear mace which is illegal to use on a human! When I went through the academy they told us not to curse because we were being recorded. They had a sopping wet wash rag and mashed into our eyes running down our face and sometimes into our mouth! On the 3rd obstacle I dropped to my knees and screamed FFUUUUCCCCKKKKK!!!!!! 😅 It literally feels like someone took a glowing red hot cigar lighter from your car and pressed it right into my eyeballs and you can't do anything about it! Only time and air and ice cold water or milk helps and even then it doesn't help much! Call me a puzzy all you want but until you experience it for yourself the same way I had to, then you have no right to criticize anyone else's reactions to it.
