I would like to it remain "free to play". That was a gift that DDV wentback on and it was heartbreaking. I would like the idea of a Monthly Cosmetics subscription. You can opt-in and monthly you can get a single outfit or item colorway. And make them an item you can only get that month. I would opt-in immediately for 4.99 to 9.99 a month. The best part is they could just recolor items they already have, and it is consistent money which is better then a big bump that happens once. Also, I want a real life Hot Pot card game. That would be an easy piece of merch to start with.

Ravy, thanks so much for this video. You always stimulate interesting conversation. Of course Ravy would suggest the digital pet sanctuary 😆 but in all seriousness, there are some super valid points in this. As a Sky COTL player, I will say that I quite like the model where I can choose to pay for events or not. I can choose which ones I want to pay for and get extra things but I can still participate even in the ones I don't pay for. I haven't played games with a battle pass but that sounds like an interesting idea. I definitely wouldn't want anything in palia that is totally exclusive to a pay wall, but totally OK to give my money for better or extra. I still wish for my IRL plushies or a chappa mug, but I understand why they don't (or no longer) exist.

Every time I see video games make plushies they look terrible lol but also you’re so right about the DLCs, I play with my bf sometimes (he’s very casual and plays like maybe once a week) and I know he’d never buy a DLC on his account even though we would probably buy it on mine and I’d hate to not be able to explore entire zones with him

As far as Merch goes even further than that. If Paleo wanted to release March it wouldn't just be starting with one item. Even a t-shirt they would have to agree to a contract to make thousands of t-shirts. There's no manufacturer that's going to make them in a hundred packs. So we're talking about large contracts of large sums of money. Take for instance when a new toonz comes out like thick44 toonz. Then your talking about fees for storage, shipping sales returns. It will have to be an entire team to handle that side. I think March is a much more difficult and multi-step process then it's summed up to be

Unpopular opinion from an old gamer. First off all great ideas here! However, I think the battle pass content needs to be paid for or at least expansions down the line. I realize this is the "everyone gets a trophy generation" and I came from the older generation where there was no game welfare going on. But at least the games I began with 20 yrs ago are still alive and kicking. Also, not saying it's stereotypical, but the players who aren't obviously spending money seem to make up alot of the "uncoziness" that I've witnessed.

I did say I want the battle pass to be paid for. :) I just also think a free track would be good. More people playing the game is good for the game, even if they aren't pumping money into it. The game really encourages party play, I think having a party of four with three working on the whole of the pass but player four who can't afford it STILL working on it, just for the free items, would only be good for the game.

Thanks for the work you did in this video! Very well put together and I can say I agree with all of your points. I myself was in doom and gloom about daybreak because of their track record, but there isn't anything we can do about it because its said and done. I hope the best for palia and the community that S6 can come up with better ways to bring in the money they need to keep palia open, and that benefits the players. It can be a very slippery slope because unfortunately it's hard to make everyone happy, but we will just have to wait and see.

It sure is. However, Palia has proven to us time and time again that they listen to the player base. They really do take us into consideration. I won't give up on them unless they give me reason to. :)
@mombieskullette

I knew i could count on you to bring logic to the table, esp the IRL merch recap. The amount of times ive had to explain how that works to people who thinks itll save Palia 🫠 Another point to add to the doom and gloom perspective of what happens to daybreak games ... When executive leadership changes, so does the investment strategy into dev work and monetization model for all go FORWARD efforts. A new CEO isnt going to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars untangling the code woven into game to match current ethos. Decisions made by a prior CEO (or other leader level like CTO, COO) are rarely reversed in gaming *because* of that complexity. So the doom and gloomers comparing prior Daybreak acquisitions, done under entirely different leadership teams, to this are really not factoring that critical part of the puzzle. One of the biggest leaders behind the horrible models out of Daybreak is gone now. Thats a fundamental pivot point!!! Anyway, Im in total agreement with everything you laid out. Esp the firm line of everyone gets a mount or no one does. These are are fair concession points that don't truly change game play, but game *joy*. I just dont want them to pull a bait and switch like DDV with yeah itll always be a free base game, then go "oop, jk!"... For a game that still feels like its in beta!!!

The only thing I’ll pay for is a season pass type thing. I want to earn items by actually playing the game, I do not want to just pick stuff out of a shop. It feels soulless and isn’t fun. Huge misstep for them to not have some kind of outfit or accessory that a character can wear when they hit milestones in the game to show off their progression like every single MMO does. Those kinds of goals would lead me to play more and be more invested and thus more likely to spend money on something else.

And instead of loading screens and stuff you could get wallpapers,decor, outfit pieces, a couple palia coins back and small amounts of the harder resources. Could even take it a step further and create different types of game passes like a decor pass, cosmetics pack etc. I also really like the way Helldivers 2 does their battle pass where there is not a time limit, it stays up until you finish it or you can make the choice to start a different pass. Also at this point I would pay money for a dismantling bench.

Mmm if they made the battlepass - I really hope they don't have any RNG involved - they put a battle pass in the last mmo I played [new world] & half the items were absolutely useless because you just got a loot box that had trash in it. On the subject of premium furniture - I'd buy recipes - if they released recipes for previously uncraftable items. Or even the ability to make uncraftable items. If you could break down an item to learn the recipe for it. I wouldn't even think twice 💰😅

Regarding the battle pass - I don`t like the idea of a daily activity that you "have to do" because that would force people to log in every day and that will become a chore, that is what all gacha games do and I hate it. Also, I don`t like the idea of paying for furniture because (let`s be real the prices won`t be 1-2 $ or € and even if they are) there are a lot of people who wouldn`t be able to afford to pay for it which will lead to fomo and we know how that usually ends - like the new growable furniture that is forcing you to play in a party, luckily I don`t like the set so I can continue to play solo without the feeling like I am missing out. I`m sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes English is not my first language.

Never apologize for doing your best with English on my channel, I wish I spoke more languages! We do already have daily activities in the game, like the piles and getting our Zeki coin from Zeki, so I do think it should be an optional thing like those, where if you happen to be playing you can do it if you want, but you don't miss out on anything major if you don't, just some experience towards your pass. I just want an excuse to talk to people again and am throwing around some ideas! I don't want a big PENALTY for not logging in, but some extra battle pass movement for chatting with Jel would be cool. :)

I personally believe in the sub. It's simple and the company doesn't have to rely on side tricks. It would make the game appear more stable to investors. They should keep the cosmetic shop and definitely add a merch shop. But also add a way, in game, to gain coins, or tickets or something, that can be exchanged for game time and the cosmetic shop. Not only would this keep people playing the game, but it would provide a way for people who can't afford to pay a sub to play. This system, however, should not include the merch shop. Because running one is very expensive. There should also be a perk for people who do sub ... like special pets or cosmetics for an example. It's only fair there should be some reward for subbing. But I believe this would fix the issue. Just my thoughts =)
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming День назад
I think a sub that isn't for game time, but for bonuses in the game, is the only thing I would support. If they made a sub required to access the game I'd stop playing personally. Not because I don't believe in that model at all, but because that isn't what PALIA was built on. It's free to play, it should stay that way. However, I would pay for a monthly sub if it say, gave me the same amount of money back in Palia coins every month to my account PLUS gave me some sort of random cool thing for subs only. That could be a good way to have a sub, I think.
@spacepuppie
@spacepuppie 23 часа назад
@@RavyniaGaming I don't think you understood what I was saying. I was not saying they should do away with the free to play option. What I was trying to say is that they should leave the game as is and ADD a subscription OPTION. The reality, as Singularity 6 is finding out the hard way, is that you can not run a graphic intense mmo solely on a free to play platform with only a little cash shop to fund it. It's just not realistically doable. As much as people like to compare Palia to Stardew Valley; Palia costs way WAY more to develop and maintain. Adding the OPTION to pay a subscription would not only give them a stable, monthly revenue, but it would stop the game from being pay to win (which it is now). That turns off a lot of people who might would otherwise play the game. In fact, Palia lost a lot of players because of that factor. And yes! Palia is pay to win. Everyone knows who has spent a bunch of money on the game and who has not. In a purely social game, like Palia, that's pay to win. People who CHOOSE to pay a sub should be given full access to the items in the game, including from the cosmetic shop without having to pay an extra fee. For those who choose not to pay a sub, nothing would change for them. The game would remain as it is right now. The other things I suggested was for people who sub, maybe they should be given a special pet or cosmetic, as a thank you for the sub. Or perhaps there be an in-game currency that could be used like real life cash. But that part was just a suggestion. But Singularity 6 can not maintain this kind of game without a large cash flow. That's just the unfortunate reality. How do you expect them to pay their employees? Do you expect them to work for free? Why do you think they had to let so many people go? I don't see what the problem is with adding a subscription option. I hope this clears up what I was saying =)
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming 5 часов назад

Furniture should be able to be paid for but I be okay if there's a way to win it naturally but a longer process. DLC is bigger than cosmetics and should be paid for but maybe those who pay for it gets it for a week earlier or they get a special mount that only those who paid for it could get. Mounts being faster is not a big deal if the speed is not outrageous. The idea of getting resources before others because of a faster mount is silly. Everyone who has a mount would get it faster than you if you have not unlocked your free one yet. Plus when it comes to major resources that are super rare there's usually a server call for people to come if they're interested. I'm going to get hate here and that's okay. Pay to win is okay in a game that does not have a win state. The fact is that someone getting a table before you were able to get it is not going to break the game for you. You don't need that table to beat the final boss also if I was to pay for a boost and let's say I get double the wood from every tree that also means I will be getting less trees as well so those who did not pay would have more resources around them. This stuff always balances out. Furniture should be available, houses should be available, plots should be available, mounts should be available, DLC areas should be available, but because it's available doesn't mean that there shouldn't be an option to pay for it also and have extra benefits. This is a free-to-play game but that does not mean that everything in the game should be available to everyone. I understand that money is not something everyone has to throw away, but I also understand that at least in America most people who say that still finds money to go order food are there morning latte a few times a month. This team gets money off people buying stuff not off of us not wanting things to buy because other people may not be able to buy them. Not a single person saying that is saying that clothes companies should I make a certain pair of shoes because it's too expensive for everyone to buy or that no one should be able to buy a house because not everyone can buy a house, so why are we applying those rules to a game where is least important than in real life wears extremely more important for equality. I'll stop my rant here because I'm sure no one will agree with me about what I said, but if you logically think about it, this is how it works in everyday life. Why does this game need to be different especially when it's already free.
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming 2 дня назад
I have no interest in giving you hate even though I don't agree with some of the things you said, this is a conversation, not a fight. :) I want DLC to not be paid for simply because I want all the game areas to be accessible with your friends. I hate the idea of having to leave other players behind in a game of this style, and simply because of the values Palia has kind of stood on since the beginning. I have paid for countless DLC's in the past, I don't have a problem with them in certain game models of course, but I just think Palia has other options. I disagree with mounts, but that's just my opinion. It's one thing to not have the quest done yet and have your friends helping you(like with all the tools and whatnot), it's another thing to know you'll never be able to get it because you can't afford it. Palia is all about playing together, you would literally be leaving some of your friends behind or having to not use your mount when with those friends. It's not a BIG thing, but I think it would feel like it sometimes. I think that there are different kinds of 'pay to win', and the typical kind you're referring to, obviously isn't Palia. Like you said, it doesn't have a 'win' state. I do think that giving people boosts and whatnot would leave a sour taste in a lot of mouths, especially since there is storyline and items directly related to getting certain difficult to find items. I also think it would be bad for the overall feel of the game, if you could just buy everything you needed to do things and never really played the game. I get what you're saying, and I wish I could explain it better, but it does, it just feels icky to remove the grind of the game for money when the grind of the game is...half the game. I wouldn't be proud of any of my Zeki items anymore if people could just walk in on day one, buy them, and place them on their plot. I would lose interest in the game, and I don't think I'd be alone. I am totally open to items being available for purchase OR earned, too, in some circumstances! I think that would be a good loophole in a way. I just think making everything in the game purchasable kind of ruins the game. Sure, go ahead and buy your battle pass level, but you still have to chop the tree to make your chair, ya know? I know it's a slippery slope, but that's why we are discussing it. :) Maybe we could find a spot in the middle? I would just...in that last paragraph, argue that people spending a little extra to order food are not 'throwing' away their money. I live in America as well, and we have a true wealth imbalance that has caused a flat out economic crisis. I would also argue that yes, everyone should be able to afford to buy a house. Not all the same house! If you work harder than me and put in more hours, your house should be nicer! But I think comparing a video game to those real-life things we are dealing with isn't very accurate. If you hadn't made that comparison, but simply said that creators deserve to be paid and it's ok to not always be able to buy, that something isn't always overpriced just because it's out of some people's budgets, I would have simply agreed.

@@RavyniaGaming Hopefully this isn't too off topic, but I found this exchange really interesting and I wondered what the opinion was on griding being half of the game. For me it honestly feels like more of the game than that, but I'll admit I have been less active lately. I'm curious, because in general I'd say I'm in agreement that having people be able to pay have boosts for gathering more or getting a boost towards a higher rate of more rare items while gathering would be a good thing to pay for. I can see your point though, that it would make the grind a bit less of a thing and if that was all people were really playing for it would kill desire to play the game at all. However, I also personally don't like that grinding is as big of a part of a game as it is. I'm no stranger to grinding (I'm an Ark Survival Evolved player 😅), but I just often feel like, in Palia, aside from grinding there isn't really much of anything to do. At least in other games I can usually mess about and do a few different things if I don't feel up for grinding over and over. I do appreciate they've added the Hot Pot and that platformer at Zeki's and I'm hopful that they will add more of that. Also perhaps other areas will offer new things, but atm I sort of feel like there isn't much a reason to even grind because once I finish grinding there won't be anything more to do in game. Other than decorate and redecorate my house which I love, but I do sort of tire of anything if I do it too much in a row. Hense part of my issue with grinding being such a big thing. I had an absolute BLAST with Palia from beta up until they nerfed the heck out of Cake Parties, but these days I often wander a bit aimlessly unless there is an update for me to knock out content for. And I do really knock that stuff out rather quickly. I love the storyline the characters have, I love the temples with the puzzels and stuff and I don't even mind grinding for the bundles too much since that's a bit more like a quest. I just feel aside from the bundles all of that stuff can be breezed through a bit too quickly and then all that ends up being left is grinding for one thing or another. I'm not really sure what a solution might be, other than maybe giving us something like that Battle Pass you mentioned in the video. I really do think that might help in more than just a financial way. If I had a reason to log on each day and an in game reward I could earn that would really help me feel a bit better about the grinding I was doing for the pass itself. Not sure if that makes sense but I'm hoping I'm getting what I'm saying accross. More social stuff would also be amazing. The Cake Parties before the nerf were amazing for me, because I had so much fun doing an activity with so many other players and chatting and messing around. I haven't really done many since then, but I know people still sometimes do them, but the nerf did kind of kill the desire a bit. Still, I think that type of stuff is a good breather or pallete cleanser if you will, because idk the grinding just gets rather boring for me. Perhaps though, this just means that Palia isn't really a game for me. After all, Animal Crossing though enjoyable did sort of feel similar to me after the initial hype I had for it. Perhaps its just the feel and gameplay loop they are going for and that would be okay. I just find that a really odd choice in an MMO style game, because it almost feels silly to really have it be MMO style if that's all that's on the table. Anyway, I'm curious of other peoples thoughts on this.

@@nskyegazer I totally feel ya on that! First off, I just want to say...and here is something I'll get hate for haha...I'm glad they balanced cake parties. I was so sick of them haha! I honestly didn't want them to NERF them so much, just bring up other skills to MATCH them, and I think the game is way more balanced now. It was annoying to know that no matter how much I did of another skill I could have just done an hour of cake parties. I found them tedious, and sometimes people's personal rules turned me off...I'm just glad the game is more balanced now, but that cake parties still do make you good money, just not the overwhelming MORE amount that it used to. A suggestion I have had since the beginning of the game is that I want some kind of mine/dungeon. There has been a lot of pushback on that, saying that Palia is a cozy Sim first, MMO second, but what if it was something that players didn't have to do? What if the rewards were similar to playing hot pot? Even now, I feel like they could make the rewards exactly that...coins for the wheel, Zeki coins outright, maybe materials? What about a timed mine that you can do with your friends, but you're searching for the 'exit' each time, and the deeper you go the better change you'll find 'high value' items(palium/flow trees even/chests with coins), but every day at like, 5PM Najuma kicks you out and says it isn't safe at night? I personally think this would give a fun reason to hop into the game and a fun reason to play! Especially if they added little things to fight with your bow. Even if they couldn't really damage you...maybe they could steal your loot or something? So you want to kill the monster quickly before it touches you and steals something from your bag? Something like that! I don't exactly agree that grinding is the endgame of Palia, I think decorating is the end game of Palia, but I do totally get what you're saying. I am ready for a new area, I am ready for some new characters, I am ready for more story, I'm ready for more community based things for us to do, I'm ready for community PLOTS, and I'm ready for a dungeon. :) I hope all these things come true!
@nskyegazer
@nskyegazer День назад
@@RavyniaGaming Honestly I think we have similar opinions there, so I guess we will both get hate. 😂 Though I definitely loved cake parties I didn't love that they were so unbalanced as opposed to the other skills. I also felt like you should be able to fish or mine or bug catch for money that was as decent as the cake parties. While money is what initially drew me to them its not what kept me doing them over and over. I also found them a bit tedius as an activity once I did so many in a row, but I gained my Palia friends and created a community around them and that was what I loved the most. It gave me the motivation to play and to keep redecorating my house (so that I could have a nice plot for my community members to play around in while we had a cake party or just hung out and chatted). Sadly though, I think most of the players were also a bit sad about the cake nerf and it was what had kept them going, because after the nerf my community members kept getting more and more inactive until there really were hardly any left. This was quite discouraging to me and so I also started playing less and now I mostly just play at the big content drops. I've wanted to jump back in and try to find a new community or rebuild one, but I guess I haven't seen anything big enough yet to pull me in long enough. I also have been thinking for ages that they need to give us a mine/dungeon. I know there are many who think it would kill the cozy vibe, but I still think Stardew Valley is cozy and it has that exact thing! Plus I agree with you, there are many ways it could be made such that it was more optional for those that wanted it rather than forced upon people who didn't. One thing I thought that could help player retention and also keep the cozy vibe was if the rooms were procedurally generated. There could be levels like in the Stardew Valley mines or just different types of cavern rooms. I feel like they could add in something here that is somewhat similar to the flow tree groves. Different types of rooms where you could find large concentrated patches of copper, iron, palium and even special starstone rocks that are guaranteed to drop at least one starstone! To make sure to keep the cozy vibe they could keep monsters in a specific cavern room type so that you would be able to see it ahead of time (perhaps even just a simple beware of monsters sign) so that you can choose to opt in or out of the combat without missing out on the mining experience. That way, if you were in the mood for adventure you could take that route, but otherwise you'd have a chill mining experience. As for the monsters themselves, they could be monster versions of mobs we already have in game, so that they could drop the same resources and no one would miss out on any new types of resources by skipping them entirely. I really hope Palia keeps going strong and that it keeps growing. I do really love the game, which might sound weird since I've said I don't play it a lot anymore, but that isn't because I don't like it. I think the story is awesome and the things they do have are awesome I just think I've already done them and now I need more to do to keep me playing longer. If they can somehow do that for me I'd be in Palia all the time and I do think something like that Battle Pass you mentioned is promising. It would give more goals to the grinding or more tasks aside from griding for me to do and I can see that helping to motivate me to play. Also thanks for chatting back with me! Its nice to have a discussion like this and a place to get some of my thoughts out. 😊

@@nskyegazer Of course! It's funny how different everyone is across the board, most of my community had bad experiences with cake parties and loves that we make more money hunting now haha! This is why I also tell everyone that there is no 'one perfect answer' to just about anything in the game, and why I tried to keep this video things that mostly all of us agreed on, at least a huge chunk. That way the devs can start there, and then explore the other stuff after. Hopefully they do! Thanks for the chat. :)

I really ReALLy don’t want the new areas to be behind a paywall. I can justify some furniture being behind a paywall if that’s the other choice, but preferably neither behind a paywall.
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming 2 дня назад
That's how I feel. I don't WANT furniture behind a paywall because I agree with players that decorating is kinda Palia endgame, but if the other ideas don't work enough and the choice is that or charging to access new areas, I'd rather pay for furniture. However, not everyone agrees. It's a mix of feelings there.

I appreciate what you said about the cosmetics. I’m a 3D modeler, and even though they are rather expensive, the design, model, texturing, animation and physics of the cosmetics do take a lot of time and knowledge, and personally I think that several of the outfits of a quality worth the price, for individuals who can afford them.

I always love learning about the industry so I can break down the work for people. It's a pretty universal thing across all crafts I think, that people just don't understand how much training and schooling and time and talent goes into so many creative fields. Creatives deserve to be paid, too.

They have been showing they hear us with that, and doing their best to release some more affordable options. I think they even showed that with the landscapes, by giving us one really cool one that under $5, that was pretty awesome. I hope they keep that up.

By the time I've watched this, they have already granted us much of this, which is great! My wishlist is: hosting tea or tea parties with the NPCs. I'm not really social with players very often, but my plot is very quiet and boring sometimes, and i want to do more with the NPCs but also a bit more story and dialog. Perhaps you have to make their favorite dish or drink for that character(s). Maybe decorate with their favorite color/starstone Drink mixing: tea, coffee, smoothies. Reth has talked about smoothies and the librarian about tea. Perhaps ice cream, too. Would also just like more recipes and fruit/ vegetables (lemon, watermelon,strawberries, cherries, pumpkin...) Palia projects: could also possibly community projects of fixing up Kilima and bahari bridges, docks, buildings, and wind mills. NPC: perhaps a drink mixing skill with a new NPC who you help build a new Café with pastries, etcs extension skill to cooking. Sewing skill: maybe on this one but with like more interactions with Jel. Perhaps he sells different dye and pattern packs. Craftable cosmetics.

I would LOVE to do more with the NPCs. If Jel just stopped by our house to hang out and sit in a corner and read while I decorate I'd freak haha!! Your ideas are much better of course. :)

The addition of micro transactions might be a good alternative. The premium shop is crazy expensive. Buying everything in the shop is about $100. However, if they added smaller items that cost $3-10, more people would purchase things. Here is my wishlist for micro transactions: new hair styles, dye for the new building materials, in game mini plush, ability to design your own clothes at Jel's (like DLV), additional building areas with the new landscapes, design your own glider, name tags for your pets, premade pet homes and we can decorate, flow jewelry (glows and has magic powers), more events that have special furniture bundles, pet accessories, and MOUNTS.
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming 2 дня назад
Many excellent ideas! I hope if they ever give us the option to make our own clothes with Jel, or open a guild store with him, that it's just something that comes in the game for all players. Even if it's limited and we can't make all the fancy animated stuff obviously, I would still be excited just to make a tank top in a color I need to match other pieces of an outfit. Or heck to even have earned the dress he made for Kenyatta as a storyline reward!

It makes me happy to hear the rest of the community wants the game to be accessible for everyone. I can't afford to spend a ton of money on a game. Sometimes, even 5 bucks is too much. But I do buy things when I can cause I want to support this beautiful, inclusive community. I think the main thing I would like is to just keep this beautiful, inclusiveness that Palia has. It's something special. Frankly, I wish more game communities were like this.
@RavyniaGaming
@RavyniaGaming 2 дня назад
Same. It really is important to me to keep the game open and playable in all areas and events for all players. If that means more expensive cosmetics, then so be it. Just my opinion of course, but I'd rather be able to play with everyone and not have a few outfits than have the outfits but have DLC behind a paywall.
@MG-OG

I'm not sure I would get very many real plushies, but maybe enamel pins, their small, their fun, you can match them with your outfit. Post cards, maybe. Season/battlepass item could be dye and pattern packs for the free cosmetics and furniture as part of the free pass.

A little history on why Daybreak stepping in may be s HUGE positive for Palia. In 2016 Turbine was publisher for both Lord of the Rings Online and Dungeons & Dragons Online, and cut them both loose. The development team of those games loved their players and games, and created a new company to develop them. Standing Stone Games came to be, but they were developers not publishers. It was Daybreak Games that partnered with SSG in 2016 to help save those games. Both a free to play model, though different from Palia. Those games are still going with a strong player base a dozen years later. Daybreak was a positive to a new gaming company, not a negative. Also, Palia is now kinda cousins with Dragons and Hobbits so that has to be good.🤷‍♂️😁

I agree! I would pay for furniture, pets, Skins for mounts, Skins for tools, lots, house skins, and Battle pass to get those items. I would love Real Life plushie merch that aren't limited editions or a limited amount (Because they sell out so fast). hope they keep collecting plushies free because its a nice challenge and is so fun when you actually get one. As long as they dont lock game progression, characters, mounts, and plushies, I will always play Palia. I love the Ideal of buying paid content for friends/family as gifts. maybe even letting people add it to a wish list so maybe on their Bday or something we could gift them off of their WL. TY for sharing this, its sad to know the company is having money issues, the game is so fun, I would be crushed if I lost another good game.

These are excellent ideas that I completely agree with!! Also lowering the price of cosmetics might actually make MORE people buy them. A lot of people arent willing to part with $25, but $6? Sure! I think they would sell a lot more if they took the Walmart approach.
