@HegartySlings Sorry mate, very new to slingshot. When u say fully banded, does it mean it comes with the bands u wrap around ur bands to keep them in place ? So I can do my active band length? Thanks 😊
Yes mate, you get everything if your buying a wrap n Tuck catapult ... if you buy one with Band Clamps , you get the bands and 1 hex key to attach the bands.
Mr. Hegarty is King. I buy several catapults from him and I am very satisfied. Products is very good. Simple, light for carin', durable, Strong like Tank! Bomb proof realy. And price is decent, also shipping. Perfect slingshot for beginers and others. I recommended his catapults everyone everyone

Nice lineup Nick! I’m a builder myself but I need to get one of yours to add to my collection. I’ve ordered pouches from you couple times. Always great service. I’d agree with you that they are probably the best pouches in the world haha! Are any of your models 100mm outer gap?
Great job demonstrating as usual Nick! I like some clamps better than others but I think everyone who enjoys slingshots/catapults would greatly benefit from learning wrap and tuck as well.
Simple the Best. Once again Mr. Hegarty I want to thank you again and again and again... Today i recive your Cyrus Slingshot version, and i am happy and satisfy. It's a pleasure to do business with you. Fast delivering! Simple payment without complication, and good products of course. SO, Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina! P.S Zeljko Simic. Hello Mr. Hegarty. BIG respect for you. I have two slingshots from you and any words about strenght and durability of your slingshots is unnecessarily. They are Bomb proof!!! Salute from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
hello Mr. HEGARTY. First at all I want to thank you. why? I order first time your slingshots OTT version. in the begining I must admit I was litle sceptical, but first surprise is fast delivering! second surprise when i set the bands and start to shoot...my God what is this?!!! so lightly but so precision and most of all POWERFULL!!! I AM IN LOVE IMMEDIATLY. So after couple a weeks i decide to order ttf version TTF version and ofcourse I was not wrong. GREAT catapults/slinhshots. Thank you very much again and happy hollydays. P.S Zeljko Simic. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I've got one of Nick's frames with band clamps on and I find one screw is perfectly adequate for holding bands on I've tested mine with band thickness from 0.5 to 0.9 mm thick and it holds well plus it's less fiddly than two screws I just give mine a test pull before i shoot the catapult nick knows his stuff
My question is why is there no one formula that will give the length of the band . One person said to divide the total length of the draw by 4 and you now say divide by 5.5 so this is telling me there is no accurate formula for a person to use. Is there someone or something that can explain the proper formula to be used by everyone and not what a person feels is proper for himself. I also know there are 3 types of band and each one is for a different use. whether target , hunting or general.
I use 5.5 with all bands, it generally puts me in the right area, I will then tailor them to suit . Not only is there many different makes of bands, I also find the elasticity can vary from roll to roll.
This is awesome, i experimented with 3d printed catapults and they were very good, but when i wanted to put the durability to the test and gave them a good smack with the hammer just like you they just shatered and broke, thats why i dont use 3d printed catapults anymore, but thats clearly not the case here.
Nick.. Heres a description of polypropylene.. " Polypropylene is a very durable plastic that is resistant to fatigue and has good impact strength. It offers high flexural strength, making it a resilient material for general durability and items that must undergo higher levels of physical stress" At least some of us know it is. 👍
