Ciao Andrea, at home I cook on a Kamado Joe but I am looking for a portable charcoal grill, the pkgo looks good, are there any others you'd recommend? Your cooks look excellent. Is there an Italian BBQ cook book you'd recommend? Saluti Jonathan
Bro - I love the travel kettle and I sort of enjoyed this vid but you should share temps and cook times. I get it, you didn't want to talk but you can put them on screen as text. AND Stop cutting that way!! OMG I once cut a HUGE chunk of skin off my thumb by cutting that way. Literally you're taking unnecessary chances by cutting that way. It's simply not worth it.
@@purleybaker Hi, I highly recommend PKGO, especially for irradiating aluminum... the cooking results are amazing. I'm happy that my videos are helping you...keep following me
hello, in Italy the basket is included however on the American site it is indicated that the basket is sold separately ... You can find the specifications at this manufacturer's web address snsgrills.com/products/travel-kettle-grill?variant=39687500496932
Https://webbq.it/categoria-prodotto/carbone-di-legna/
Grazie in anticipo
hello ... we made the Slow 'N Sear in the workshop, they are handcrafted. If you need I can send you the measurements and also some photos..let me know! thanks for watching the video
Hi, our first cooking was with chicken thighs in H&F… great result, crunchy, juicy, soft, smoky skin and comfortable setup, tidy and easy to clean! Our vote is 10
