Actually there is no launch control program... But you can do it by puting it in manual and in dynamic mode and turn off ESP then hold down the brakes and the gas together till 2000 rpm then release the brakes ... but don't repeat alot cause it increase wear of your clutch and may damage something

No, thats not gonna work. Truck mounted fogger will be more effective. Not unless those chemicals being sprays by drones are too toxic for human to handle
