Nicely done. I can just imagine the realtors using the line that it is the "Rocky apartment" for the past 50 years to get it rented. It was actually just used for the external shots and entrance to his place. The interior scenes were shot in different apartment. Stallone said it was a real apartment they filmed in, and that it was depressing as hell, because it looked pretty much exactly like the run down slum portrayed in the film.
$400 dollars for that? 😮...are you serious! If this was the 90's or the early 2000's that would be $30 bucks. Back in the 1980's when I collected Master Of the Universe action figures as a child....the big huge Castle Grayskull which was hugly popular back then, was only $30 buck back then ...snake mountain was $32 Buck....WTH.

@ollieox9181 I went to LA Detroit Texas I always ask permission I don't want too get arrested for something like that . And I will talk too the neighbors as long as they know what are you there for they will be cool about it. And the neighbor said bad people live in rocky apartment and there's a bunch of people laying on the floor with there hands in there mouth saying wired stuff.
What are you talking about if you go there . There's nothing but people standing outside plz go there tell me your experience N I asked for permission before recording.
