It’s a good thing that the new 23XL Air Speed shop was open when this video was made, because I was told that a majority of the race shops were closed during the Olympic break but teams were still allowed to go work on the cars and practice pit stops for the crew members. It’s good to see you back on RU-vid Mr Wayne. Did you enjoy the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics this year? I know I enjoyed this year’s Olympic Games. Except I didn’t really like this year’s opening ceremony that much because it was held on the Seine River in Paris in the pouring rain, athletes on boats, and the river was very filthy, the best part of the opening ceremony was the hot air balloon tethered cauldron they had this year. So when it comes to the Olympics opening ceremony I prefer the traditional Olympic Stadium more than a river. I look forward to checking out more of your future videos here on RU-vid and of course all the museums and team shops you visited are on my bucket list for when my trip to North Carolina happens. I look forward to seeing the brand new renovated Hendrick Motorsports museum once they add onto their campus like you talked about last spring during your visit there and some of the cars were at the Amila Car Show.
Wayne, my mama took me to the NASCAR Hall of Fame as a surprise 12 years ago when I visited her in Mint Hill and that joint is insane to fathom when you enter through those doors and see the awesomeness in there, you can't help but get wide eyed.

Thank you for this. I plan on getting over there tomorrow for my birthday actually. But the weather might end up changing my plans. But thanks again for the video. I saw some hats there in the gift shop I might have to snag. And some of those shirts were pretty cool too. Well depending on how tomorrow goes. Hopefully I can get over there at least one more time before they close the doors and switch names.

Why did NASCAR get rid of the supplier stickers behind the front wheels? I know it’s not because of the forward numbers, they got rid of those a while ago. This season has really been good from a competition perspective. Overall. Driver points are really close, even with Larson missing a full points race! Ugh really hoping he wins the points title and carries all those points with him. Too many road courses and short tracks on the schedule and six plate races is going to drive me crazy year after year! Appreciate your behind the scenes from the race shops. I went to Michigan for 11 years and it rained 9 times with a few Monday races that we could not have stayed for. So frustrating!
