My daughter in law is the legal heir representative for my son who is no more. We are eiigible to get a refund for him. But she is unable to validate a bank account in her legal heir account . Most third class service by income tax department. Every time i raise a grievance in the portal, it is closed with some nonsense bullshit resolutions. And same things are observed here. Phaltu service, phaltu portal.

I have done this for last 2 years, but the status is not changing, this year I am supposed to get 43K refund, but I got mail saying I have pending DD action from previous year so it will be adjusted from that, you are going to take money again from me, this is fraud.

What is the process to get refund when the bank validation done after e filing of itr? My refund was issued at the time when my bank was not validated. After that I have validated the bank account and what I have to do now.
