Jeff Beck's Truth was one of the great rock classics that features rock's best guitarist in my opinion and so many others. Jeff was a stunning boundless guitarist. Cool interview Steven and great to see Johnny had the chance to know and play with Jeff. RIP Jeff Beck.

Brilliant , the two of them together in this interview , they are both so intune with each other it's a thing of beauty I thoroughly enjoyed this,, I love both these men it's very heartbreaking Jeff is not here with us and I'm sure Johnny misses him deeply, as do so many of us he was a genius guitar player and a gorgeous man they're both so, fun i laughed at how shy Johnny was at first and how they just clicked, Johnny i love that he insisted you sing your voice is intoxicating to me, I'm intrigued and sad that Jeff isn't with us ,but he lives on in his incredible music. Jeff Beck is so soft in speaking .. Johnny and Jeff are so close friends. Jeff was always with Johnny as big brother. both are humerous guitar players .👌👌
It must have been heart-wrenching for Johnny to lose Jeff. When you get to be so close to somebody who is really really special and then the rug is pulled out from under you, the agony of that must have been horrific and probably devastating!!!

Intrigued to find out that Johnny has the same mannerisms as I do when it comes to conversation. I'm awkward when fishing for words to say and pause a lot too. Everyone seems to offer to finish my sentences for me! Lol
Wish we could have a sit down and have giggle fits. I love the fidgeting with pulling at the threads of his jeans and pulling a piece off and tossing it on the floor--I almost snorted 😅. I fidget something terrible too.
Was fortunate enough to have seen Jeff live several years ago but I would love to have heard what Johnny would have added to the mix; we'll never know but yeah, great pair of human beings, salt of the earth style.

Where new connections both-internal & external are made to thrust you forward when able to accept it. Great interview…I’m a (south) Jersey girl. I’ve only recently become aware (like very recently) what a full artist Depp is. It’s reminiscent of Tony Bennett in a way.
