The Alaska National Guard (AKNG) continues to set the standard in meeting federal, state and community missions. Since September 11th, we have mobilized and deployed more Soldiers and Airmen than at any time since World War II. Our Soldiers have answered the call to serve our nation in the Global War on Terrorism and to support Alaska's citizens during civil support and disaster relief operations. These great men and women have earned a well deserved reputation for excellence. It is my great pleasure to present to you, the citizens of Alaska, the best trained and motivated group of Alaskans ready to serve, assist and protect you at any time. Alaskans serving Alaska!
How lucky are these mercenaries to get home? It's a shame that other parents, grandparents, nephews, brothers-in-law, mothers, daughters, sons, don't return home like these mercenaries because they were killed casually by those who come home. The American soldiers are nothing more than vile thieves and mercenaries. WOW Looks like CST has come along way even in 2011. Hard to believe since I was there in the beginning - 2000. To the guy asking about hand cuffs think they were the suspects not victims.
Greetings, there is a possibility that the 95th CST is in the video. The video was taken in 2011 during the PATRIOT exercise in Wisconsin. We sent a videographer to cover our Alaska National Guardsmen during the exercise. You can spot the big dipper on their unit patch on the left sleeve of their uniform.
In light of the Alaska National Guard scandals, not all of the abuses concerned military members. Vigilant Guard and the DMVA Emergency Response and NG have bypassed their legal (and practical) requirements to involve tribal governments. Listen to the opening remarks of this video. The circumventing of both legal and practical requirements to involve all the governments, for years now, must be stopped.
