We have an older workx gt. It came apart in the middle of the candle. Nothing seems to be broken or missing. The cable is still intact. I don't know how to put it together. This could be over 10 years old.

Hello! There is a reset button near the spools housing. Press three times; then reset a fresh spool and line. If you are still in need of assistance please give us a call.
This is a great little trimmer. The batteries didn’t last long enough to do my 1/2 acre of trimming so I bought 2 bigger batteries. That did it! Highly recommend this tool 😊
Hello. I'm very interested in the mower. I do have some questions 1. Do I need to use the boundary wire when I have an enclosed yard with no objects in it? 2. Does the mower continue where it leaves on in between charges? 3. Does it mow in a pattern or just in any random direction? Thank You
1. It simply does not work without boundary wire 2. It can start from where you leave it, either from the charger or if you pick-it up and leave it somewhere else 3. Random😃
